Hi Bro, Super Video. very usefull. I have 2015 model CB Shine. in my bike when i drive 35 to 55 KMPH bike is not running smooth. More rough running Noise & jerk issues. battery CDI ignition coil all changed. carburetter cleaned. SAI unit cleaned no dust, Tappet adjusted. New valve, valve seal, guide changed. But when i give more throttle it runs smoother and sound is good. only in slow speed this problem i am facing. please help. SAI unit any problem will come ? if suction is not good then this jerk problem will come ah? Please help and reply.

Hi Mukesh Ji.. I have a serious issue with my gixxer 155 which i am using from 2015. I was getting mileage of 50+ but suddenly before 3 months one day engine stopped and started after 20 minutes. Don't know what happened. But from that day mileage is 38 or 40 and if i ride at nearly or more than 70 kmph and reduce the throttle then engine stops. Also engine stops when the bike is idle for sometime especially after a long ride. After long ride if engine kept idle then rpm slowly reduce and it stops. Everytime if engine stops bike will start after 10 15 secondz of try. Mileage is also low. What is the issue...? Tried with many mechanics... I am really fed up... Pleas help...
Check the valve tappet clearance it may have reduced tight clearances and also there are chances that the timing chain has slipped but first check the valve tappet tightness and reply me on Call me on ************

Sir, Is there any advantage of ASV..?? Becuase Hero has romoved it now... Now all Hero 100cc & 125cc motors are coming without ASV. Why has the company removed ASV??
Air suction valve was added to decrease the emission of CO in atmosphere however as you told that Hero has removed it no one knows why but I can see some new EVAP system installed in the bikes with charcoal canister which stops fuel fumes from going to atmosphere and redirects the fumes to intake manifold as the fuel fumes are also going to the engine for combustion it reduces the wastage of fuel which is converted as gas and uses the same as vaporized fuel for engine. The advantage was only reduction of CO in atmosphere.

Can i get your number? My hunk's sai system is not working (it is not pulsating). Only a feeble pulse can be felt. I tried replacing with a new one. The new one is also behaving the same way. Also when the tube to carb insulator is removed, the bike should shut down itself. That too is not happening. What should i do?

Yes, you can but you would not be able to apply appropriate torque without disturbing the adjustment.

You can remove it but it will increase the CO emission, you can remove it if you want to it may increase the performance

No EGR is different from air suction, EGR recirculates some gases to intake.
