I hope everyone enjoys this video and hopefully it helps someone out with installing the high fender, also, if anyone has got any tips on how to clear up my damaged windshield 🤔 that would be awesome. Thank you 🙏
Thanks Mike, that's the second thing I'm changing, the first is the lowest seat🤣 can u give me the link to Cfmoto please 🇦🇺💯👍makes it look tougher now, I like it. Beautiful bike!!!!
Thank you for commenting, it certainly makes the bike look better I think, and so easy to change over 👍. I'll find the link and post it to you later, cheers. cfmoto parts link shop.cfmoto.com.au/, cheers
Cheers for the content mate. I have just brought one home after a long wait in Bris as a second bike. I have a T700 which I bought in the first batch as they sold out Fast. Have u stepped down from a T700?. You are about the same age as me and I would miss my T7 if I only have my wife's CF450 which I think she might ride twice. They know how to change plans.
Hi, yes, I have stepped down from the T7, awesome bike, but I was finding it a bit of a handful in some tight situations, even just turning it around on a dead-end track. I test rode a 450mt and was very impressed, still quite a heavy bike but the weight is down lower. Certainly doesn't have the power of the T7, but they go very well, you will love it. I'm 65, is that around your age? cheers and thanks for commenting
@@OnyabikeMike Thanks Mike. 59 and trying to ignore it. Yes it certainly is the best buy out there. Should keep its value for a while. All the bells and whistles are a new novelty for me.
Good job Michael, be good if Yamaha made it that easy 🙄 nice to see you keeping hydrated 👌 bugger about the windscreen, I use brake cleaner for that kinda job never had an issue. Cheers 🍻
Morning Joshua 😎yes it was certainly an easy installation (compared to Yamaha) thanks for the brake cleaner tip, must get some. Cheers mate 🍻and thanks for commenting 👌
I'm excited to get some feedback. Once you get to test it, how does it control mud/water spray to the engine? I've previously retrofit a universal high fender on a Yamaha XT250. It didn't do well with water control. It collected the water and sent a steady stream back to my legs 😅 My Honda CRF250L Rally on the other hand keeps my feet/legs fairly dry when riding on wet pavement

Well done! 👍 Looking good.
Thank you Sir, I really like the new look 👌thanks for commenting 👍
Acetone could make it to some sort of plastics. You can try it sand. 400,500,800,1000,1200,2000 then polish a bit. This should save the shield.
Thank you for commenting, I will try that procedure, cheers

Thank you - looking splendid! How is the ride feel with the high fender on the highway?
Hi, yes it looks awesome alright. Going for a ride today so I will let you know. I can't see it being a problem. Thanks for commenting 👍
The high fender is fine on the highway, if anything there may be a bit more front Tyre noise, cheers

@thehoelzels6316 Hi, I've only been on the road so far, but I'll let you know how it works off road soon. Thanks for commenting 👍
What brand of upper crash bars do you have and where did you get them from?
Hi, not sure what brand, they were on the bike when I bought it, I'm pretty sure that they would be CF Moto brand, cheers and thanks for commenting 👍
