This is one of my Nana's favorite songs, a true testament to life. Marvin Sapp is a phenomenal gospel artist and I feel the song could be geared towards not just God but his people. When I think of never making it I think of people like my mom and my Nana's who have always been there to rescue me even when I didn't think I needed to be rescued. So when I sing Never Would Have Made it without you it's a reference to my God as well as the people he has placed in my life to keep me going.
