Noah Presgrove was a 19-year-old, who was found deceased on the side of the road in Oklahoma. He suffered from multiple injuries. He suffered from multiple blunt force injuries to his head, neck, and torso. He also had swelling on the brain, multiple brain lacerations, skull fractures, rib fractures, broken teeth, a laceration on his tongue, and neck fractures. It was presumed that he was the victim of a hit-and-run, but his injuries are not consistent. Noah was also found nude on the side of the road and wearing mismatched shoes. He had been at a multiple day house party before being found. The partygoers say that Noah got into an argument and left the party.
