Why were the front lines so weird? And why did they collapse when it was a stalemate in troop numbers? There were no troops in the right side to enforce the encirclement so couldn’t the people in the city still get supply?

They resisted for a month and half, untill the Crusaders built two seige towers and one of them was able to make it through and they were able to send some troops to the inside and they opened the doors.. However by contemplating this u start to think, how can these troops get inside in middle of the fight open the doors without the defenders stopping them? Well there's no decisive answer to that but there are some factors that suggest some sort of treason,
1- the defendors beeing shiiet extremists not sunni muslim and the vast majority of the muslim population is sunni so they don't really care about them.
2- the Shiiet troops defending the city disappeared for 3 days during which the Crusaders massacred the occupants of Al Quds.
3- the Shiiet troops managed tonget a safe oasaage to egypt.
4- on multiple occasions during the crusades the shiiet trooos allied themselves with the Christian forces against muslim ones.

Resume: The crusaders were outside Jerusalem so they encircled it. The Muslim defenders had already recruited 1000 soldiers out of the local population and in 12 stressful days, they recruited 600 more of them, but by that time, the crusaders had planned a medieval blitzkrieg offensive by crossing the walls in both the north and the south. After a last day of preparation, the offensive was launched. The Muslim defenders did their best to halt the offensive but just as the crusaders had planned, the supplies were no longer enough for 10000 soldiers so the crusaders managed to cross first in the north and minutes after that in the south (Because the Muslim defenders had abandoned the area to defend the north. A huge mistake that beearlied the already inevitable). During the rest of the day, the crusaders were able to mop up the Muslim resistance in the city.
