Challenging and so much fun! Thank you!
Also, I normally use the mirror modifier for everything, but I was blown away to learn about this symmetrize technique that I rarely see people use.
Nice! These kinds of objects always have such difficult details to model but you did it perfectly!

Watch the part two here: ruclips.net/video/N_jv2MyzMls/видео.html
Can you explain to me what the edge data part does?
Great video!
What is the difference between bevel weight and crease?
Both bevel weight and crease are used to control the appearance of edges in a mesh, particularly when using subdivision surface modifiers. However, Bevel weight is used to control the width of beveled edges when using the Bevel modifier, while crease controls the sharpness of edges when using subdivision surface modifiers, allowing you to maintain hard edges in your model.
Please do a rendering and lighting tutorial
We covered rendering and lighting in some of our tutorials. For instance, you can watch this one: ruclips.net/video/8ew7VzT_3Ck/видео.html
can you make a texturing video of this knife ?
Next video is about texturing. So, stay tune!
