My jaw dropped when I saw her carried you on that pole. Doing your own body weight is already hard as it is. That's amazing. Also, again, I can't praise you enough of being knowledgeable and respectful of the culture of the place you're in. Cross cultural positivity. それと、日本語上手ですね。I really appreciate that you are trying to communicate with the local language as much as possible.
So that move can apparently be really tough on the thigh skin. I've had pole dancers show me and it felt like it was going to rip off! And I'm probably half the weight of those 2 combined.
The writing in these videos is so good! As a girl, it's nice to see women pursuing strenght being presented as something respectable and not something weird or unattractive. I've always found the strenght community very supportive, so I hope society in general can also become more open.

That is such a respectful way to just leave your mark as a foreigner without disrespecting or destroying any historical feature. I've known of Martins for a while as a casual enjoyer of strongman, but had no idea he had the passion and chops for covering travel and strength culture together. Series name also makes perfect sense to me, this reeks of Anthony Bourdain's style (in the best way). Consider me a fan.
