Thanks, usually various acrylics... no particular brand. As long as the plastic has been properly primed with an undercoat, I generally don't have a problem.
The most important thing to remember is to constantly use water sparingly, when shaping and blending. This reduces stickiness and the need for heavy sanding later. So wet your fingers and tools for a much better finish.

I did this one over a couple of days generally due to waiting for materials to dry before I can move on to the next stage.
