250 g Speisequark
200 g Mascarpone
10 g Zucker
1 TL Vanillepaste
2 TL Zitronensaft
15 St. Raffaellos (plus weitere für die Deko)
150 g Schlagsahne
1 Pck. Sahnesteif + 20 g Zucker
Deko:
250 g Speisequark
2 Pck. Vanillezucker
