Well did he have permits for that gun or was that illegal, was he supposed to have a gun? Did he have other crimes that don't let him possess a firearm? Questions you gotta have answered before you assume they just tried to lock him up for no reason, obviously I haven't seen the full video so idk, I'm sorry if this was all explained
@hawghawg381 I know. That's why I said what I said. He is smart enough to continue to tell his story with the proper legal terminology. Most people would have been telling on themselves in an interview.
@@NobodyImportant-ef3debut even many extremely intelligent people aren't necessarily well versed on exactly what to say, trust me he payed good money for that lawyer, even if he was well informed on the law, which is likely, also HIGHLY recommended by me and everyone else if you're carrying around firearms , he learned from that attorney.
@bugglemagnum6213 you know what though? When your story is backed up by the truth, speaking this way is alot more natural. Lawyers tell guilty people to say the same stuff every day but they still do their interviews from behind bars. The original comment kinda makes it seem like he's lying. I have no idea if he is but he comes off honest. Like this was not a scenario he wanted to happen at all. I mean killing someone must suck for most normal people. This seems like someone who's telling an honest traumatic experience.... and he's smart enough to not get caught up by accident lol.
Exactly His lawyer didn’t want him to take the stand and tell this story But he did anyway and that’s what got him off. He’s actually smarter than the lawyers he had.
He is not articulate, but you may not know who this is. Definitely is now more educated than he was and probably not on drugs anymore but yeah buddy was a wild soul
Nah Chris smart af. I watched him speak on the incident in other interviews. Chris handled the situation perfectly. From how he yelled out warnings to the robber to how he talked in the investigation room and then in court. Chris seemed like he had been preparing for the shit before hand he was so on point with everything. Plus everything is on video
Yeah I’m born in stoner hill and grew up in Cedar Grove. He use to hang out with my best friend brother on Lexington. We use to play rap with him and he always cold.
The reason I believe him is he articulated the case perfectly. He was clear and convincing. He has a high level of intelligence, he may not have a college degree but he is very capable of getting one. Very impressed with this young man
Only if all my black people could communicate like this detail by detail in a humble manner. Imagine the growth we could accomplish. Shout out to Hurricane Chris for still pushing his brand no matter what happens 🙏🏽
The judicial system is about what’s enforceable/provable. Not what’s ethically or immorally right or wrong, good or bad. It is about rather you can prove it or not.
Great comment on how articulate and detailed the way he’s speaking his definitely saved him some money off his hit for a lawyer and it sure did pay off fellas pay attention 💯
Bro sounds like a cop and a lawyer not a rapper!!! He made a great attempt to prevent any harm to himself or the robber… Sad that it had to end that way!!!🙏🏿💪🏿🙏🏿
They do it all the time in Self defense cases. It’s the DA trying to get cases … self defense laws across the country have hella loopholes in it , believe it or not they try to exact those loopholes at lot for Black men defending themselves. He had witnesses there who confirmed his story and the DA still picked up the case. Hell I myself had men break into my house , after using lethal force and having Castle doctrine laws by my side 2 months later the DA picked the case up. Cost me over 100k and 4 months.
If a cop can get away with shooting someone like that. Which they damn sure would, we the people, should damn sure not be charged for defending themselves. A big ass rock is considered a lethal weapon.
Glad everything worked out in his behalf. Hopefully he realizes this is what Police Officers deal with on a daily basis. A simple traffic stop can turn out to be a shootout.
That whole Thang is ridiculous. He had a Boulder AND he reached into his pocket. Where was this Boulder? Why do you have an AR-15 on your seat and the car unlocked? None of this makes sense.
His lawyer got him trained good 🔥🔥🔥 sound like he ready to go back to trail and win again
