In this clip, "A Bay Bay" rapper Hurricane Chris reflects back on his mindset leading up to his murder trial, explaining that he became so distraught that he lost his appetite and his health began to deteriorate. Moving along, DJ Vlad brings up some of the details of the trial, including a comparison that Hurricane Chris' defense attorney made between the deceased Danzeria Ferris Jr. and Deebo from the "Friday" film. The two men also talk about the notion that the prosecution team tried to paint the picture that Chris was the agitator who had just stolen a vehicle prior to the fatal shooting. As the Q&A session moves along, they also discuss the list of witnesses that took the stand against him, including the arresting officers, the gas station clerk, and his ex-girlfriend.

With as much evidence in his favor, I think a public defender could’ve won this case. Even the one Prosecutor’s witnessed testified on Hurricane Chris’s behalf.

People need to understand that we are living in this day in age where the people that break the law get awarded and seen as doing good. As oppose to a law abiding citizen following the law or in this case, defending his property and his life being threatened as he's the bad guy.

I just caught a case a few months back and the DA and Prosecutor had zero evidence against me. I have no criminal background. Went to court for arraignment and they started making up stories. I had a PAID LAWYER AND THEY GOT CAUGHT UP AND THAT WAS IT. Them people say whatever to get a conviction.
