My friends and I used to make regular visits to the island in the 1950's 60's and 70's. No harbour but many ruins. We were all amateur volcanoligists. Occasionally when a yacht stopped by, we would take it in turns to take the odd person up to the summit for a sum, enabling us to stay longer on the island. All this came to an end when the island was developed for mass tourism in the 1980's, so we never returned. Now I am the only one alive from those wonderful days. Paradise Lost!

At 2:08 & 2:29, for that matter all eruptions in this video, the audio is synched with the eruption. Just not possible. Why didn't you leave the true audio with delay? The fact the person taking the video must have been several hundred metres away and the 1-2 second sound delay would actually add to the power and intensity of what is occuring. You don't look better by switching the audio to synch with the video. It just looks and sounds fake.
