Doesn’t a Floyd Rose kinda do the same thing I know it’s a pain to tune it and change strings but at least you can still tune it

I just bought a Jackson SLX in Satin Red Pearl color off Reverb. The guitar is in mint condition...It has the basswood body, and rosewood fretboard. I have used Ibanez guitars, for years, I have to say that the neck on the Jackson blows the Ibanez Wizard necks, out of the water. It just feels amazing...it is slightly thicker than the Wizard necks, and it has a compound radius fretboard. The Satin Red Pearl SLX's are getting hard to find...I think the new SLX's all have poplar bodies, and laurel fretboards. This is what my Jackson looks like....its friggin beautiful. ruclips.net/video/Stpk5-miFio/видео.html

So i'm looking for a new axe and I'm coming from a Strat style. I'd consider myself beginner - intermediate.
I want more of a modern sound possibly with Floyd Rose for... yes you guessed it... DIVE BOMBS. Now I know there
are ways to set up and upgrade your guitar to get the same result but these are the ones I've narrowed it down to.
Yes, I'm using the term narrowed down lightly. Also, because its Covid I can't go in and try all of these. The
most I can do is buy one and if I don't like it I can return it within 30 days. That just sounds unreasonable. I've
done a shit ton of listening tests with and without headphones online, tonnes of comparisons and I'm only more confused.
Would love any help and insight. Not trying to break the bank but also don't want to go half way.

I played the Jackson X Series solo inside a Sam Ash last weekend right beside the Fender Strat signature series I had originally went in there to buy, and I ended up buying the Jackson; If that tells you anything. I’m not a HUGE fan of Floyd Rose, but something about this guitar it just sounds so beautiful tone and can absolutely shred beyond belief. I mean honestly man if it were me and you could afford I would go in reverb and look for a jackson series soloist and you could easily find one for right at $500. I don’t think you would be disappointed at all. Jackson has really stepped it up the last few years.
