- Hi Beautiful People, and welcome back to a new video. I'm back with another What I eat in a week video this week. We cooked up some really delicious meals, from a protein pack tofu scramble, a comforting Sunday dinner for Resurrection Sunday, to a bbq tofu sandwich, and more. If you watched my recent mid-week vlogs, you'll see that we went to the farmers market and in this video I use a lot of the things I picked up.

I would definitely love to see some protein rich meals. I had tofu added to my drunken noodles the other day, and I am obsessed. I don’t know why I avoided tofu for so long. I tolerated it in my hot and sour soup, but that was pretty much it. I’m starting to love it now.

Yes! More protein based! Many vegan meals, though plant based, use a lot of meals sometimes focused on more carb rich foods! Would live to see more protein rich foods for those of us wanting to maintain and watch the waistlines!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 thanks for asking us!!

Yummy meals as always ❤❤ I have used truffle powder seasoning from Amazon and it is a delicious seasoning. Put the seasoning on many dishes but never mash potatoes. I am looking forward to making some mash potatoes with truffle powder. For real yummiest.

I would try making bread with flour that has leavening agents already in it ..a self rising flour or something..maybe will allow some steps or measurements to be omitted as a beginners shortcut

Hi. New subbie here! I NEVER order food through delivery service bc people will steal your food and lie. He asked you what your order was bc then he knew what was in it. I guarantee you that he didn't give your food to a random woman. He went to your subdivision near your home, waited a few seconds so the app looks like he went to your house and then he left and ate your food and got paid to do it.

Get a bread machine, I’ve been making bread for a few months now. It takes less time to get a loaf going than to walk to the bread aisle in the grocery store. You can usually find one at a thrift store. If you decide you want to keep making bread, invest in a good machine. The Zojirushi brand is top notch in my opinion. It’s pricy though.
I have tried to eat and prepare tofu with no success. I will have to try other options. thanks for the inspiration.

How do you measure ( if that's the right word) your ingredients to make a meal for one. I'm trying not to waste food, I tend to cook too much and then I get tired of it and then it goes to waste..
I think I've just learned to eye it, honestly. I typically start with a handful or whatever it is I want to cook and that tends to work for me

Im so glad you enjoyed this video. When I do a high-protein video, don't worry, it won't be focused on weight loss. The vid will be about how to incorporate more protein into your diet since many believe it's hard to get protein on a plant-based diet.
