    Cruciferous vegetables are healthy foods to consume, but there are some issues with them. Cruciferous vegetables effect the absorption of iodine, therefore effecting T3 and T5 hormones. If you consume Cruciferous vegetables and Rosacea family of fruits it is imperative you ensure adequate consumption of iodine in your diet. Iodine deficiency and poor utilization of iodine effects the body's immune system. So ear healthy, but also understanding all aspects of foods. One point, the RDA for iodine is 150mcg, however 480mcg is passed through the urine daily and 40mcg through stools daily and with foods effecting utilization and absorption of iodine, there is an iodine deficiency. Are you over weight, can sleep, trouble focusing have diabetes, this is all effected by iodine levels.
