Hi, if you mean the 5:43 Mark, this is Flux. It helps solder to flow and with that it only stick to metal. Flux also helps al little to distribute the heat.

не делайте так, кнопку можно разобрать и капнуть внутрь силиконовое масло и она никогда не будет глючить! а иногда можно капать даже без разборки.

They are underneath the sticker, under thin cross cuts if you look closely
