at first I bought a psu but it didn't solve the problem, after all the psu cable sockets I tightened it turned out that my computer was running fine. It turns out that the psu cable socket to the motherboard and the psu to the fan is the cause of the problem. so if you find a problem like this, it doesn't mean you have to replace the psu, it could be because the psu cable socket is not installed properly

@@nebbestneb u guys were dtupid enough to disable the ASUS GUARD when that is disabled it will literally burn your pc down bc ur mothervoard etc have to much power that make it burn
