I love this design, it can be really tricky to find everything that fits nicely together without mods or workshop items, my real pain is the washing machines because of the hoses and stuff poking out of the back.
This looks super cosy though and if I was living on the 13th floor I'd be trying to get this apartment so bad! XD
Thank you!! Yeah some of the mods are great especially the washing machine and dryer ones ^^, I'm also a sucker for all the little clutter items haha. It would be a nice apartment to live in 😊

WOW Well Done!!! You did this with No Mods Good Job! It's such a Pretty Build, love the colors you used!! I'm such a sucker for using alot of candles in my builds I just love the ambiance they set. Now a BIG Question for you is, do you prefer HF or HF2? For me, I like HF2 but, I just feel myself always being drawn back to HF cause of all the Mods and there's just much more in the game like my pets also they add a little something more to the game. What do you think? Sending good Vibes from Canada!!😊
Thank you so much!! I like adding the candle too, I wish the ones in HF2 could light up though like these ones in House Flipper haha. I love both of them it's hard to choose a favourite but I definitely like a lot of the additions to House Flipper 2, but miss the mods and more items, If we could combine the two it would make one amazing game ^^ playing House Flipper again from HF2 I forget we don't have the change style tool so keep forgetting to pick colours before purchasing an item 😅😊
