Ever since I saw Dreamcatcher getting solos for each member in their latest full album of theirs, I was thinking of how awesome would it be if Loona could also do something like that for their full album. It would be like a full circle for the group and something like that in your video is something like I imagined, the songs even fit so well with their voices. I could really envision them singing those kind of songs. Imagine each girl debuted one by one with their own solo and going full circle with each member getting their own solo again for a full album, that would be so cool!

The solos made me feel as excited about discovering LOONA again too, you did an incredible job picking out the songs for each member. You've set some high expectations for them again. I think the simple solution is to make a 27 track album with solo title tracks and b-sides so we can have more energetic songs as well as the gentle ones 🥴

Esp. this 1:08 part is fcking amazing! Also the fact that you chose the songs both for their vocals and their styles is truly unbelievable. I respect this project a lot.
You put so much thought in each song! I like that each of the b-sides is tailored to a member, it's surprising that loona hasn't done that actually! (Well, there's the solos but i mean after debut.) My favorite is Yves'! Personally I know more about colour editing than music, so I also really appreciate the visuals in your video :)
Love the concept of the solo album with some title tracks. While I believe every track is super cohesive and lovely. I feel as though it sounds very similar. it starts to blur a bit? I feel as though songs of that era could have a bit more variety and be more like their original solos? Different styles/genres/colors? Now that's not to say you didn't pair the songs perfectly to the members, as I could totally see that for each one. I just think the solos could be that more impactful with variety and genres.

I really like the way you combined all of these songs and make this 'imaginary' album. Each solos fits the girls (especially Lip and ViVi imo). If this is a dream come true. I will play this album endlessly (I'm a ballad simp so this is my cup of tea). I know this is probably gonna be harsh. But from what I know this album will get 'lukewarm' responses from orbit (in general) because of the genre of the songs (mostly ballad-ish).
I have to compliment you, it's hit after hit.. Rosy's Red Herring definitely suits the subtle and enchanting timbre of Olivia's voice, it's illustrated so soft and supple to the ears. This is such a pleasure to conceptualize.. Another hit is Risso's High Five, assigned with Gowon... the production and delivery of vocal and regular speech is accentuated so accordingly to the style of her persona... Choerry styling ARRAN's I Still Like it with her individual timbre of whisper and air would suit so unbelievably well with this production, so whimsical and dreamlike! And another thing is that I am still waiting for the day to hear Kim Lip cover more contemporary r&b!! So songs like Carla's I don't need you, visualizes that so well!!
I really love Fatal (I love the whole concept, but Fatal especially). The neo-retro vibe from Eyedi's Mix B album, but less dark, and the lead synth is fantastic. The DX7 piano (I think?) on Palette is also a great touch. I also noticed what you did with the track order 👀. I debated going in reverse for my "who's next girl?" era remix album (or going in outer-to-inner mirror-members order) but decided it would have a sort of ominous feel so decided not to. Anyway really well done as always, I love the whole idea. Orbit are lucky to have you.
I want to marry ZSunder's music. Also, the songs picked for each girl feel like evolutions of their original solos, I don't think I'll ever get tired of an album with this vibe.
I love palette over fatal as a title track, I could already visualize them doing the stage performance with that one....... also your song selections for the girls are just gold, especially Olivia Hye, Gowon, Yves, Kim Lip and Haseul's songs!
Here's an interesting thought, while Palette makes a perfect title track. I actually thought Fatal would make a cool JP release. For some reason I can easily imagine the topline being sung in Japanese. The tone and soundscape works for something sophisticated and demure like "Otona Citypop". I can hear Jinsoul and Gowon talk-rapping over this.

based on the clips I've heard, it sounds nice! and the guitars remind me a lot of loonatic, though I think I'd like it more if the mixing were better

Here's an interesting thought, while Palette makes a perfect title track. I actually thought Fatal would make a cool JP release.
For some reason I can easily imagine the topline being sung in Japanese. The tone and soundscape works for something sophisticated and demure like "Otona Citypop".
