Puppyheropower if you need a new brush you can press the little button of a cloud under the bush tab and you should see a list of new brushes you can download from the internet for free (its really fun once you get the hang of it)
If your on mobile go to the layers tab and in the corner there's 3 little dots, tap that and select a filter or tap "filter list" bright new is combined with hue and saturation on the same tab.
When I want to use option 'Clipping' whit the layers it doesnt work , it paint just the lines and not inside the lines.There is just no options where I can paint inside the lines ,not tuching them and not destroying them ...I dont know how to desribe it I hope you understand.. can somebody please help me? I think you put the "clipping" layer above the line-work layer. So that's why it will work only for the lines. You have to create the base color for the hair (means you have to fill inside first), then create clipping layers above that base hair color. That's how clipping layers work.

i dont know where to find the saturation,
I’m late but if you check the toolbar at the top, there’s a tab that says “Filter” on it. Click it then click the one that says “Hue” and boom
Also make sure that you’re not on a folder or a layer that is locked because if you are then it won’t let you adjust the hue

How do you change the brightness?

If you draw a circle, then draw on a clipping layer on top of it, you can only draw on the circle. You can't draw outside of it.
