Taking Strangers on a Coastal Foraging Adventure for Sea Urchins (Uni!)

It all started with a casual chat about fishing at the end of a hiking trail, and one thing led to another-we found ourselves on a coastal foraging adventure. The shore was teeming with sea urchins, and everyone was thrilled by the experience. It was pure joy sharing this passion with new friends, which made the day even more memorable and fun!
on a side note, i think i have slowly acquire the taste for sea urchin now. I can eat a small amount raw and more with cooked food
