I was 28 years old when the first touch screen smart phones came out. I have noticed so many changes in human behaviors and in myself. Some good, some bad. The biggest difference is strangers never talk to eachother. We chat with online friends in other countries while having no clue what our neighbor's first name is. I love Gen Z. Their humor, values, and creativity is so inspiring to me. But whenever I try to talk to a person in their 20s, they look at me like they just seen a ghost. But all different types of people of all ages used to talk. I miss talking to strangers. The only people who chit chat with you in a waiting room or on the train are the old folks. Talking to people different from yourself is how you keep an open mind and helps unify us a bit. I'm Autistic so maybe that's why I see it this way. Love this song! So thought provoking ❤

I also think the biggest thing was "stranger danger" that gave a lot of anxiety from a young age. Being shown the pictures on the back of a milk carton being told we'd be next if we spoke to anyone we didn't know. Plus... the young days of the internet were very much NOT what they are now.
Yeah. Not talking tostrangers was allways something that people put so much weight on, that over time i started tp have issues talking to strangers. Then covid hit and now i have issues just being around people. I guess its something that could happen to anyone, but being affected by it when you are young changes so much. Btw im 22, so im not a kid, and having to forcefully socialize is so hard
@@marlaparraguirre277 Stranger danger was born out of media fear mongering, theres a reason why News is called fear-p*rn. Yeah its a good idea for CHILDREN not to trust strangers, but when they're thought that since birth its gonna linger on even when they're adults. I think its society as a whole, before kidnappers, Murderers etc. Were more rare i think, but TV and Radio were all talking about them, so people became afraid and distance themselves from everyone, and everyone was more individualistic, and that made some feel outcasted, and tge select few of the select few outcasts were driven insane and wanted to be recognized that they exist, and because it was criminals who got all the attention so they became ones. Still violence is rare but whenever it happens, the Ones who did it get platform, what they want. Nowadays we're all so separated from even our closest neighbours. And you know its apparent when i see it even though for me its been like this since birth. I never even saw a world without smartphones for myself, yet i see their impact.
This individuality makes radical and extreme ideologies thrive, whether from left or right. It makes us disconnected from our fellow citizens, makes it easier for us to dehumanize those with different views. Which only leads to violence, because its easier to hurt those who you see as "enemy", rather than as "Human"
Anyways sorry for going off on a ramble about my views on modern society, and by the end going completly off topic.

Those directions are front, back, left, right, and the 4 diagonal axis. 8d music makes it feel like the music is happening all around you or (most commonly) it feels like the music revolves around you

This is an extreme comfort song especially the french version. I do phone detoxes where everyone has to go outside and enjoy life together with no phones video games nothing. I decided to do this years ago when I 16 after I did a social studies project on what its like to not have a phone or tv for a year. What the result was is I had no one to talk to I was excluded from a ton of things and I could sit with friends and everyone was on the phone for its entirety. I started going out by myself more ( I lived in a mountain town) and stayed in the forest or by the lake most of the time. I was able to stop taking some of my meds was less depressed, my insomnia went away, and I felt better about myself since there was a lack of influence from celebrities etc. it was crazy. So now at least once a month and at least 2 days (usually a full weekend phones and technology off at 8 pm friday and returned the following monday). My husband and son love it especially because it gives us great family time ❤
I literally can't get my ADHD husband to even agree to a full day of no screens. Biggest source of contention in our marriage, but he makes money working on projects like movies and RUclips videos.
As an addict of other substances, I can tell ya, dopamine is a hell of a drug, and recovery from it is very unique. Thanks for sharing this. also... yoink, this is a hell of a vocal track

I love technology. Social media, not so much. I prefer computers over phones and prefer opportunities for creation and exploration (I’m also into diy electronics)… I think phone addiction is not necessarily bad but can get out of hand easily.

This song is so real, I think the reason why so many people are so insecure about depressed is because of social media. I love social media when it lifts you up and helps you feel confident, but why are we talking pictures of are abs 20 times a day for kids and teens to see that and be so insecure everyday?
