It’s sad that family does that. Like you said it didn’t have to be expensive. if you invite a child to your home how hard is it to get them a small gift? Unfortunately I can’t afford to buy gifts this year. When I was able I would got to dollar tree and buy small toys to put in the toys for tots box. It was nothing huge but I knew some child would love it
