Softail Mann thank you for watching. There are two more parts to this video coming. I have some fabrication videos of me making my winch bumpers too, if your interested in that kind of thing. Let me know. I’ll post them too
well, first off. if its a 2008 then it would be 50 inches wide if its stock. because they did not make the 800s till 2009, and that would be at least 60 inches wide depending on what wheels are on it. also , if it has the kit on it the front A-arms would be high clearance and the top ball joint threads into it like in my video. stock polaris arms from that era are straight and the ball joints are pressed in and have a clip that retains it. hope that helps you. thanks for watching and the question.
I have a question and prolly nobody but me wants to do this but I have a 2012 RZR 800 (60” wide) and I want to convert it down to a trail version (50” wide) so I can ride on 50” trails in the forest. Is that possible?
im not sure if its a polaris part or an aftermarket. i got it at dealer when we got the machine and i modified it for a winch. the back bumper is one i made . you can take the winch from front to back and plug it into power plug. the winch control plugs into a box i made on the winch with the relay in it. you cant always count on a tree in front of you, but ther might be one behind. thanks for watching and the question.
Hey, I was wondering what happened to ya. Glad to see you're back. I really like the how to videos for the RZRs!! Keep em coming!! 👍👍
