I've been a fan of Ninjago since I watched the pilot episodes on TV as a kid. And I was instantly enamored by the imagination-sparking world and the entertaining characters. And that's how it continued to be until sometime when new episodes of Possession were currently airing, when I kind of just fell out of Ninjago. But that wasnt because I stopped liking it, it was because I lost all of my old collection during a move. And that loss denotivated me more than words could describe. Thus began my Ninjago dark age, until I happened to notice there were episodes of a new season, that being SoG, airing on TV. I only watched two episodes, but that moment secretly resparked my passion for the series. It wasn't until one day when I was watching youtube, when an ad for the Legacy spinners started playing, that Ninjago started reeling me back in. Curious, I decided to see what the newest season was. That's when I saw that it was March of the Oni, and it was going to air in a few days on TV. After i finished watching it, I was in a full Ninjago craze again, for the first time in what feels like forever. I was rewatching some the older seasons, watching stop motions, excedera. Ever since then, I've been keeping up to date with everything. Seasons, the latest sets, and even set leaks. Though I don't like indulging in show leaks, because I like going in blind. To give myself a dose of that feeling I had when I was first watching the show as a kid. As for how I'm feeling at the time of typing this, I'm dying to see Dragon's Rising season 3. I'm also eager to see what the rumored summer sets look like. Ninjago has really come a long way, and it's hard to belive that it's 15th anniversary is approaching. And I'm excited for what the future has in store for it. This time, I'm here till the end. P.S. You did an excellent job on this video, I hope more people get to see it.
my introduction to ninjago was through finding a used pilot-season 1 character encyclopedia. also my first set was the 2014 thunder raider. and when i went to stores the sets on the shelf was a mixture of seasons 4 and 5. and i was 9 or 10 at the time
Incredible video, Nathan! I find that Ninjago’s appeal comes not only from nostalgia, but from the diverse themes and stories it presents. The masterful execution by the show’s creators is what makes it so special to communities such as the Wiki to this day. Ninja never quit!
ninjago to me means no matter how hard life gets and no matter how many times you get kicked down you never give up and always get back up i grew up with series since the pilot when it first aired January 14th 2011 and if there's one thing lloyd has taught me it's that even someone from a broken family can find love
Ninjago is the definition of My Childhood as well. Been a die-hard fan ever since 2011 and still am. I'm not a huge fan of Dragon's Rising, but the First 16 Seasons will always be My Ninjago. I legit just got the 2012 Destiny's Bounty as an adult a few weeks back and it made me cry, because it brought back so many feels man.
