What you said is exactly what Jett said he does in a A.J. Catzanzaro video. He was telling the student to not lock his hips. Awesome video, just like all of your video's.

Just like Chubbs from Happy Gilmore always says: "it's all in the hips." 😎

There's not a lot, but could you break down the difference in Jett and Hunter's style.
Hunter looks a bit lower on the bike, with more angle in his hips.

You are great explaining those things you are able to see and understand , thank you Ryno. I have a question, how is Jett able to have so much traction? I just saw the pass he puts on Plessinger , 1 second after and he is almost 30 meters ahead , so impressive how Jett reads the bumps , and he knows where he has to be in the track at every moment. ( sorry, my english is not perfect , that's because I'm Spanish)

Did Jeremy McGrath, or Ricky Carmichael ride like Jett & Is being short like Carmichael hurt or help this technique

Js7 was all about death threatening speed and full throttle. No regard for posture or efficient riding position

Ryno dropping scientic facts here, Jetts style is proof of what you preach.
Rather see you or Emig with Ricky commentating cause James is not a commentator maybe a guest one every now an then but not full time tho

The speed is slower compared to Stuart, Carmichael, Reed, Ferry era Jett looks like he's not trying I hope Tomac can comeback & putt Jett in his place
This position on the bike that Ryan is teaching makes the bike jump level nothing to worry about it's safe

Don't discount his smoothness and efficiency with "not trying". He is the future of this sport and we can all learn from watching him.
