UPDATE: as of 21/03/2024 Zin’rokh dropped for me! After 1433 Troll Artifacts solved it finally dropped for me! The method I used was Farming in Eastern Kingdoms and setting my hearthstone to Stranglethorn Vale. I wish those that are farming it in the present future the best of luck! Never give up and stay positive!
I got it today using this method and it dropped for me i am soo happy. thank you
right now im doing pandaria solves to get the title from that pristine artifact achievement and using it all on tolvir for the fragment boxes. i got the crawling claw from it recently. i wanted the mount but no complaints.
I have 650+ Troll Commons solved in pursuit of this thing from all the way back in Cata. Still don't have it.. Feel like I have unfinished business to obtain this after watching this video. Congrats though!
I'm at 1,453 Troll with a flat 4,600 Mantid. Also, I enjoy stomping on LEGO pieces as a true masochist. Someone save me.

I just started Archaeology at 2am my time, got to 600/700 Archaeology by 8:00am and got the sword! took exactly 30 troll solves, 3 of them were rare. was a total of 55 solves counting the other races to level up, i just went to eastern kalimdor flew around. wasnt that bad 6 hours of grinding but i got that bad boy now

I saw a warrior with it not even a month into cata classic lucky mofos I’m starting the grind today for it
I’m up to 1280 solves with no sword yet, I’m extremely unlucky. Before I started grinding again I was up to 763 solves. I’m grinding for it in eastern kingdoms, with dragonriding the grind is a lot more tolerable and far less time consuming. I’m not giving up! I’ve come too far to stop now!

@@juliencharron9461 I got it after 1433 solves! Took me awhile but I finally have it! Popped up in my archeology tab at the top of the Hinterlands huge troll pyramid which is pretty cool. I’m now going for the Tol’vir Scepter of Azj’Aqir using the mantid strategy, I currently have 13 Tol’Vir solves and I have the Epic ring and Epic toy that summons a miniature scarab army around you, not sure how rare they are but I have them. 😉

you can't use it on your mage if it drops but you can send it to your other toon since the item is Account-bound
Up to 302 troll solves. Its so boring and bad to farm :/ just hope I get it someday soon. Have tried eastern kingdoms and the mantid strategy. Dont know what is faster.

question, Does farming for Zin'rokh only apply to classes with strength?
Any class that can use two-handed swords (Warrior, Pallidan, Death Knight)
So I can't farm the sword at all with my mage?
@@Klipi09 You technically could, but you shouldn't because you won't get the transmog. Only those 3 classes can collect it to apply the skin to other weapons
@@bryanxo2489 it is blizzard bound so I belive you can just as well transfer it.
@@bryanxo2489 you can farm it on a druid etc all classes. the sword is Binds on account so you can send it to an alt who can equip it.
