Yes it is taking longer, there is no specific timeline as of now. Many people who had biometric on March haven't received it yet and people who had biometric around Apr 18 got it. So can't really comment on it. Even this is my 6th week, and I am still waiting. After contacting UKVI they are giving standard response. Usually, joining dates can be adjusted, and your employer would understand.

It took them around 12-14 days to assign COS (They asked me to submit a TB test and UK Enic verification as pre-requisites, but I got it before I submitted those documents.)

@@jyotirainas9073 It is best to wait for your VISA before booking a flight if it is reimbursed by your employer. If not, then you can book a flight that allows one date change free of charge, so that in case of a delay, you will be able to change your flight dates
Hi do we need to have colour printed copies of Passports ? Also, when you mentioned XRay report were you talking about the XRay radiograph or the report ?
original passport is needed copy is not needed as such. The x-ray for TB you don't have to do anything and you can get it done locally either. There are suggested centres by UK immigration you have to go there and they will do it as needed you don't have to know the details. But yes you would need the report not the radiograph
