@@iridescentaura4i get 132k with perfected, 127 to 128 without, not big enough to disqualify the build from top end content, but big enough that running vDSA a few times for the ice staff is worth it
Enchanted Growth precast cheese to help with sustain if you want. If not, then you will need to spam the bird a little more (but still maintain the frost reach every 4 seconds for the Master's Staff buff). I have been killing the dummy first, then: Spell Power pot Barbed Trap Arctic Wind Beetles Winter's Revenge By then, the dummy comes up then I try to: Frost Reach Bear Ult Stampede Beetles again (every 6 sec) Frost Reach again (every 4 sec) Followed by Cutting Dive, Carve, Ele Sus Priorities throughout are to keep the Master's Staff buff up (frost reach every 4 sec), Beetles, Carve, and Stampede. Eigh1 Puppies has a video on this build that you should definitely check for more detailed info. I've only watched some of it, but his info is always very good.
What would be the one frost set that you would use and second set that might work well for pvp. Because I'm looking for the best ice set that work for both mode and another one that work well for pvp but also have good damage because I'm failing to do that? I use oakensoul
This is a PvE build. You will almost always need a separate PvE and PvP build on a given toon. You can't really have a singular build that would be great in both. With that said, I barely PvP, so I do not have any suggestions for that unfortunately. Also, if you are using Oakensoul, these may not be the best sets for that kind of build either.

@@dannynicholson50 haha, yeah! This build is pretty fun because it is different than usual. I originally started this toon as Stamina, so I'm actually excited to move her back that direction, even though it's super hybrid!

It shouldn't be that big of a difference- maybe 1-2k dps loss. That goes for any perfected vs non perfected gear.

I know you made a video but what should I pre cast first and then which spell should I cast after in order?

Slot a heal, with the incoming change to arctic blast i suggest swapping elemental susceptibility for enchanted growth. It can save your run

It's weird how hybrid it is, your front bar dots and spammable soon become your backwards dots and have a back bar spammable... crayzeee
