Best video I've seen on this. Most don't show the full process. God bless!

I love saving bones and not wasting anything by being resourceful. I am going to start saving veggie scraps too. Gonna try this when I get home. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing with us how to make this! It's amazing how gelatinous the broth gets! I gotta try it soon.

Hello! I came across your video because I have some bones and veggies sitting in my freezer and didn’t know how to go about making broth. Quick question, what are some things you could do with the jelly? Thank you!

Hi thanks for watching! Do you mean the gel on the broth? I just heat it up and drink it as bone broth or use it any other way that I would use chicken broth like in soups, etc. I also often use broth instead of water to make pasta, rice, etc to add nutrients for my kiddos.

Ya but none of those store bought/commerical brand will gel... That means all the super nutricious gelatinous collagen has been scraped off. The freeze dry that make a powder and sell it as beef gelatin powder and it aint cheep either! MAKE YOUR OWN.. and this way you know exactly what's in it. And it tastes way better.

Do you use salt for bone broth?

I typically add it in later - either in my recipe or sprinkle it to taste if I'm drinking a mug of it myself.

FYI,,,, if you have chicken carcus "floating around in your freezer" I'd reccomend calling an exorcist.. those carcuses should not be moving around at all in your freezer.

Oh sorry to hear that! Did it not gel? It’s still very nutritious if it doesn’t!! The chicken feet & instant pot really help it gel for me though.

It's Instant Pot, not Insta Pot
