    黄梨饼又称凤梨酥或黄梨塔是新加坡和马来西亚华人过农历年不可或缺的年饼。它受欢迎的程度不比肉干差,仿佛每家每户过农历年时家中购买的年货当中都会看到这种黄梨饼。烘焙黄梨饼的方法非常简单,食谱也随处可见,但有些食谱会教你加入许多不必要的材料,这反而会使到黄梨饼失去了最原始的味道。今天我教大家的这食谱简单易学,使用的都是最原始的材料,制作过程简单快捷,做出来的黄梨饼味道纯正,香浓又可口,外表也非常吸引人。只要放入嘴里,香浓的奶香就会从酥皮中散开来,再加上黄梨馅的甜酸味,让人一开始吃就听不了想再吃多一颗。

The recipe that I teach you today is simple and easy to learn. I will use the most original ingredients and the making process is really simple and quick. The taste of pineapple tarts is very flavorful and delicious, and its appearance is appealing and appetizing.     #黄梨饼食谱:
    1)1kg 凤梨馅
    2)800克 普通面粉
    2)500克 加盐牛油
    3)4 粒鸡蛋
    5)4 颗蛋黄
    #Pineapple Tarts Recipe:
    1) 1kg Pineapple Paste
    2) 800 g of all purpose flour
    2) 500 g of salted butter
    3) 4 eggs
    5) 4 egg yolks
    制作方法:
    1)凤梨馅揉成一小粒,待用
    2)面粉过筛后加入融化好的牛油和鸡蛋,混合均匀
    3)粉团捏成小块,捏扁,然后把凤梨馅包起,搓圆,再涂上蛋黄
    4)预热烤箱170度,5分钟
    5)放入烤箱以170度烘烤20分钟
    6)从烤箱取出黄梨饼,涂上蛋液,再放入烤箱内烘烤多5分钟即可。
    步骤6是为了让外观看起来更美好,如果嫌麻烦可以省略这步骤。
    Baking Method:
    1) Knead the pineapple filling into a small piece and set aside
    2) After the flour is sifted, add melted butter and eggs, mix well
    3) Knead the dough into small pieces, squeeze flat, add a pineapple ball in the middle and fold the edges of the dough up to cover the filling, rolling it into a round ball, and coat with egg yolk
    4) Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes
    5) Bake it in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes
    6) Take out the pineapple cake from the oven, coat it with egg yolks, and bake it in the oven for 5 more minutes.
    Step 6 is to make the appearance look better, if you find it troublesome, you can skip this step.
