The Plank exercise is brilliant for restoring the muscle tension around the spine. To hold everything in place. Went from an old man to a less old man as soon as I started each day with the exercise: straight out of bed, roll onto the floor and get into it. I follow it up with: on the back, hold shoulders square on the floor and twist at the hips to sometimes hear the little cracks as disks realign (nitrogen gas escaping according to the 'experts').
Plank: Face down on the floor, elbows same width as your shoulders forearms pointing ahead, feet a few inches apart (never measured, whatever's comfortable). Raise and suspend your trunk on the toes and elbows, keep it level, aim to get to 2 non-shaky minutes per day. Whinge all you like, you haven't left the bedroom.

Great thanks for that. I got better by stretching across the bed by hooking feet in and pushing against spine with elbows on other side. Worked well

Love your hints. I think the cane cutter tool would be ‘stress relief’ activity as well 🤣

how much time has been ta papaya producing? would you take it off earlier before they totally stop producing? like 5 months earlier even if they are gonna produce 3-4 kilos more for the benefit creating space for sunlight and planting some annuals, turmeric or god knows?

A great question. This video was an annual prune after 2 years . Many papayas have produced for 4 or more years but they received good irrigation. The argument going on in my head is do I leave live roots in the ground? Or return a spend plant back to the system.? Also there are slim plants and don’t really cause shade out. It’ll boil down your beliefs
