Hey Block, the audio track isn’t in sync with the video for pretty much all of the visit at the chopper shop. #blameJustin 😂
It seems to be on the RUclips side of things, have viewed across a few devices here and it's all good. Try refreshing maybe
@@BlockheadMoto yea, it's all good now. Very weird
This was really cool. I'd go with the 64 Pan that you wanted to begin with, but if you're going to build one then I'd go with a wish bone frame with a pan and springer front end. That way it would be a comfortable ride but still old school styling. I like choppers but they aren't that much fun after 25 miles. Then again i'm older and have been there so..... Later
Hay block head letting u know I think I found a scammer they go by blockhead1
Now THIS was an episode worth watching. Thanks for keeping Joe's building alive and true to it's roots Drew.
if your not familar with the easy company .... I'm positive you'll be right at home with the videos !
@@CgoodVibez Been a sub of theirs for a while-thx man. Robisons has some xtra sentimental value to me tho being an area resident here for 40 years. Joe Robison had the integrity and balls to tell the Motor Company to F off when they demanded him and all of their other dealerships to turn their franchises into boutique stealerships. He sold his franchise license to Rossmeyer and the rest is history. MANY happy memories in Drews building there.
Best ever. Such a good dude. Take an order of him….
Thanks a ton, Drew! Was awesome seeing your shop and absolutely stoked to see this collab come to life!!
Super cool episode. Your shop is amazing Drew! Make the hopped up fast shovel that is slammed low with the single down tube. Always wanted to mix and match pieces and build a bike. If I were retired and not working for my kids college, I would come and help him on his projects for room and board. Straight up. Thanks for sharing this treasure !
I love seeing the old styles of engines, frames, fork styles. So cool
Me too, wheels through time has great museum bikes
I have a feeling that if you have an image of a bike you want, Drew could make it come alive. Awesome episode 😎👍
Glad Drew's shop is in Florida because I would have already, bought one of those bikes if he was closer to my HD custom Motorcycle shop in Chattanooga Tennessee. Great video brother, thanks for sharing.
The knowledge in that dudes head is freaking priceless!
Shovel, Hardtail, springer, Peanut tank, minimalist fenders, drag bars on 3" risers. Lots of grey in the paint.
Single down tube, Pan head and springer front end. What a cool episode.
His personal bike is the perfect style for the giveaway. I wouldn't have it with much rake because the skill level needed.
Matching numbers chopper, springer front end, built to ride! 🏍💨 That’s my 2 cents!
Single tube frame, with a pan head and girder forks… maybe not such a classic style of chopper, but I think it would be super interesting. Sadly I can’t participate in the draw, being over in England, but I keep buying hats and Tees!
Single down tube panhead would be an amazing build!
It would probably wobble like crazy through a curve. It doesn't seem like there's a whole lot there tying the front and rear tires together.
Best episode I’ve seen in awhile. Great shop, harley history, and bikes.
Go for the single down tube, springer front end, swing arm with a pan / shovel.
Id want to see a shovel with a springer front end and stingray rear fender
Awesome shop Drew!! Good luck in the future. Keeping it old school real fantastic!!
Drew. That place is a goldmine! Love everything about it.really dig all the old machinery you still use
Panhead! Singleloop! Springer! Apehangers! Springed seat! Footclutch! In the style of the blue flathead!
one of the coolest interviews i ever saw
Just for those that don't know. In 1941 Harley offered the Knucklehead in 61 and 74 cubic inch motors. It continued until 1952 so the Panhead motor is a 61 cubic inch.
EL is 61. FL is 74 cubic inch. Just for the record.
I’d go numbers matching with a springer front end with the looks of the blue bike
I love the baby blue bike that belongs to Drew. That’s my opinion. Whatever yall decide to build I’m sure it will be great.
One of the coolest things in this video for me was the copper jaws on the vise at the end. Can’t wait to see what you guy do.
Agree his bike is badass!
hardtail matching numbers. sounds great.
That baby blue one id take that over almost any bike ive ever seen
Drew and Kim are awesome people.
Panhead in a frame and setup like Drew's flathead.
the coolest shovel in my book is the 81 Sturgis, like the one in my garage :-)
Thanks drew your a true motorhead love everything in your shop
Blockhead: survivor shovelhead or panhead chopper?
Community: Yes.
Great video! I loved looking at the old engines and bikes. His 37' Chop is gorgeous. His shop is badass.
I would love to see you guys build a pan head chopper!
Great video! For a bike build I would vote for a Panhead with a springer front end and 2 straight leg downtubes front end.
I agree, the light blue bike would be the perfect build.
Very Cool segment Block!! Dig all the old bikes and the various components. Nicely done!
Single loop. Springer! Roll! Of course ive had to much jack
That chromed out blue flathead bike is amazing....wow
Personally I would use the single down tube frame, either panhead engine, girder front end, and sportster gas tank.
This collaboration is amazing.
Single downtube, pan motor, springer frontend, short wheelbase
when I think of my perfect chopper I think of it something very close to that blue one at the end
Wow! What a cool shop!
Drew seems like the real deal.
Thank you for letting us see the shop. It'll be cool to see what you guys wind up building.
Peace
Drew's bike is my dream old school bike. Hands down!
numbers matching route or build out that 96 inc cone with a baker 6 in 4
not many shops like Drew's left....thanks for letting us in....
His shop is awesome thanks for letting Block share with us!
looking forward to seeing this all come together
That was super cool. Thanks for letting us tour your shop!!!
Something like the blue one would be awesome!
get the stroker Shovelhead, single down tube, 6 over wide glide, S&S super G, 5 speed Baker trans, open primary, BDL diaphragm clutch, 180 16 rear tire, 21 on the front, Black with red pearl for the paint, this is the shit I dream about
🤯Great stuff!. Like the single down tube, with the shorter springer forks, like on that blue beautiful one towards the end. Keep doing great work Block! ✌ You too, Freakshow! 💕
I’d love that too with an evo
I too like the single down tube, pan head and short tube front, and that color blue would be awesome!!
I too like the single down tube, pan head and short tube front, and that color blue would be awesome!!
he looks like your long-lost brother. little older perhaps :) super cool place and the dude
Love the 67 Shovelhead and it should stay as is
I have a shovelhead now but the best bike I ever had was a panhead back in high school, 4 of us skip school and road from Maryland to Arizona, we were going to California but everyone pooped out and we turned around in Arizona and came home, we did this with no maps not much money but had a blast
Drew is one cool cat! ... Definitely love the style of his bike. Classic!
Yo Blockhead, Pan, Super low, Springer, single down tube, Sporty tank, mini apes on risers that come back toward the rider, old school narrow tires front and back, solo seat regular clutch on the handlebars, bayonet sissy bar. Kickstart and electric start if possible combo. Daily Rider.
Great video. Than you Drew and Blockhead, love the style of bikes, Where it all began.
a messy shop is a busy shop, stay building wild, good looking bikes! The best ones come out of shops like this! :)
I'm down for the 67 Electra Glide, but that hust may be me not being big on choppers
Single down tube, panhead and a springer
Is Drew from Freakshow Fab a Shriner??? Love to see a springer build! Shovel head as well
Thanks Drew, and assistant girlfriend! I have no doubt this is going to be an amazing series Blockhead.
Love that trident sissy bar
Ive only ever worked on a handful of stock harleys
I'd love to see a single downtube panhead short wheelbase with a springer front end
Panhead, Wide Glide front end, Rigid frame. mouse trap.
Good luck finding a knuckle for a decent price. There's a reason big twin evo choppers are super popular right now.
Can't wait until I see what your community chooses for this build sounds like something I'd luv to ride nowadays where in the past thought meh
That was an awesome shop tour tour thank you.. What a great guy and I didn’t even know he existed until now cheers Blockhead..That 67 please..👍🏻🇦🇺
Thanks Drew for showing us ur shop and thank u block head fro taking us a long 😊👀
Man that is a real candy store for old motorcycles. So many possibilities. His personal bike looks freaking awesome. Build a bike is my vote, though I would take that 67 any day
Drew is the real deal. No one from the block head crew should even go near an older bike, you are out of your league!
The knife on the back is definitely the way to go!!!
Fun one to watch. Good conversation
That place is a little piece of heaven.
Wow! Talk about the ultimate man-cave. So cool.
Awesome episode! I love vintage Harley!
slammed skinny pan with a springer and single loop frame
Wow! That’s such a cool shop! Great episode too!
Drew - straight up, thank you, man. That is a seriously sweet shop!!
Cannot wait to see the end bike!
I think doing something similar to Drew’s baby blue bike but with the pan would be dope. I don’t know squat about these old bikes though. The raked out chopper look is whack to me. Giving up all your rideability for the look seems wasteful in some sense.
This was a cool insight.
Talking out of my ass here, but I would guess a custom chopper would run $20-$30k. I like the idea of using an EVO engine because it's so reliable and would have plenty of power.
Drew's shop is Amazing !!!
Bro i just watched the Keys trip and omg that Jess and the stairs 🤣
Anyway so what we got here, another old bike 😁
67 shovel is sweet stock
Single tube, evo engine and trans, springer, sportster style tank but maybe a little bigger so we don’t have to get gas every 50 miles lol and black and gold like goldzilla but done up like an old low rider
I know someone that has a 79 shovelhead sportster that was selling it if you still want a shovelhead
Single loop frame !
Awesome shop! I wanna visit this shop, i’m in Pennsylvania though lol. Single loop frame(single down tube), pan head motor, springer front end, and Indian Larry style gas tank with dual fuel cap and hammered in sides. 🤓
Low pan with the knife
His blue bike is perfect.
Cool shop he has there man
This guy building a pan like its a fkin subway samich....
This dude is awesome! I'm gonna have to save up for some wizard grips
Absolutely awesome
Question. I got someone with a 02 Electra glide that wants to put a 114 in his bike. Is it possible?
That pan with the ergonomics and front end of that blue flathead would be absolutely b**chin
