Let's support this visionary man,i liked the fact that he knows the challenges of travelling in Africa. All the best coach during this upcoming deciders
I listened to the whole interview. The conversation was captivating. The coach has a plan. He needs support from all and sundry. Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 soccer is quite safe under this visionary coach!!!
A very well strategic coach, with proper football intelligence, and a smart coach in terms African travel logistics and tactics. No coach can match this coach in Zim. Please let's always give jobs to proper people who are qualified for it, we will one day be in the final of afcon, thank you knees.
Honestly those who are responsible please work on our local grounds, this coach is a blessing to our Football as a country we need our home 🏠 grounds coz some of the ideas he is talking about needs us to be back to our ground
The coach has a clear vision for the Zimbabwe National Team. With time, dedication, and the support of everyone involved, he is committed to guiding the team to achieve excellent results. Let’s give him the time and trust he needs to build a strong, competitive squad that will make us all proud.
That's the problem,u don't bring a couch for less than a year and expect miracles. He is building a team. If we qualify good thing if we don't ,he needs time to build his own squard
Godknows Murwira must be in shape ( Mentally fit, physically fit, no fear, no pressure, high concentration, no room for mistakes and playing safe ) against kenya. They attack using the right side.
Good interview but I don't think you did enough justice on the Godknows Murwira issue, there should be questions on what Nees and ZIFA are going to do in the future to prevent something similar happening. Honestly, if it had been Khama Billiat playing on a Sunday, would Nees have told him that he was not going to be called up if he reported for Club duty? The Caps United coach only wanted Nees to be transparent and respectful. Murwira was not and really deserved that punishment, no proper captain sneaks out on his club like that! Rather than just discuss Lloyd Chitembwe's rants, there should be an honest conversation about what triggered them so that something similar does not happen in the future.
The interviewer is not paying attention to the coach. She has a set of questions, hence the disconnect in this interview even the coach had to align her at the beginning of the interview on how to line her questions. She has a lot to learn on how to go about handling professionals in interviews. But it's a good start she will improve as she go.
He's clear about a lot of things but he's more interested in telling his story as if its an autobiography than answering questions. The consolation is his story is not boring
Mapeza is a good coach his mistakes were and still is he keep on telling these less or no talented players we have today , they can not match his talent!!
mface anotospakwa neEnglish uyu kkk haaa anotsanangura ndaty kkkkk kooo kutiza mubvunzo mnje kkkkk .... besides that hez a great man indeed ... great experience am sure the warriors have a lot to learn from even the coaches here in Zimbabwe
Clearly you didn't follow on the Mpappe drama, it's actually practiced everywhere if you are going to play for the national team you don't play for your club I don't know which football you watch but it's definitely not soccer it must be American
I love zim .bt when it comes to soccer we a fucked. even if you get pep . Let's put people who have played football at zifa kwete mbavha .we will never make it mark my words.cry my beloved Zimbabwe
Uyo will report to For a Ndosaka akatouya kuzoita basa under Fifa and DFB joint collaboration.....if only Yvonne would have asked who is paying you waitoona kuti ma1.....mari iri kubva straight from Fifa yonzi minus from Zimbabwe funds
It worries me to hear the coach talking a lot about logistics and travel arrangements than tactics and strategies to win matches.... cry my beloved Zimbabwe football....
I guess if you listened carefully you would hear him clearly saying you can't get players in a day before the game or 2 days before ......Even the match after Kenya and the 30hrs travelling via traditional plane route and 5 hrs by road to your Hotel check in process 2 hrs add the Immigration process 4 hrs while Cameroun charter a plane and are there in 10 hrs and settled.........be greatful for once we have a coach with foresight just like during the Fabisch era
I like this podcast great work Mrs Yvonne Mangunda . We need people like you in sports munotikoshera

Local coaches like Mhofu, Mhlauri and Mapeza qualified for AFCON so he must do the same
They built from the ground

Great interview, keep it up guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great vision from the coach
Lovely interview I think it's one of your best
Honestly those who are responsible please work on our local grounds, this coach is a blessing to our Football as a country we need our home 🏠 grounds coz some of the ideas he is talking about needs us to be back to our ground
The coach is well exposed. If zifa and politics doesn't interfer,he will take us somewhere in the next afcon
True
I wish people like sir wicknell will come on board and sponsor the group of people who are going to support the warriors in Cameron

ZIFA must treat local and foreign coaches the same .
Haiwa how can u compare Jairos n Nees😂😂😂😂@@lenso3757
Godknows Murwira must be in shape ( Mentally fit, physically fit, no fear, no pressure, high concentration, no room for mistakes and playing safe ) against kenya. They attack using the right side.

Why u kept interrupting him before he finished his sentence and throw in another question?

@ bro its so annoying the coach was about to say something then she throws in a different useless question
Keep it up Yvonne and Ollah
Let give him time
Official languages i think its 16
Zimbabwe has 16 official languages. You should know this.
He's clear about a lot of things but he's more interested in telling his story as if its an autobiography than answering questions. The consolation is his story is not boring
Remember he,s not a native English speaker some points are misunderstood
We have 16 not 11 official languages
Apa panotoda Madzibaba anamatire team. But clearly parikuda bag 💰 kuti team ifambe bho.
This coach is 10 times better than Mapeza who almost destroyed Zemura's future, and was anti youngsters.
Mapeza is a good coach his mistakes were and still is he keep on telling these less or no talented players we have today , they can not match his talent!!
@raynyika9076 Mapeza never qualified us to Afrcon, we kept losing. He may have been a good player but certainly not a good manager, Neverrr.

Yvonne, tell Mr Nees that in other countries he will not pull out players from their teams anyhow.
I do not understand how she did not press him on his part in the mess.

Just imagine
