There is also a speed comparison and the super cruise requirement/function. They probably need to look at all the different definition of a Sixth Generation Stealth jet, bomber, aircraft and etc...along with Drone Command and Control Platform/base station.
This was a fascinating comparison! It's clear that both the US B-21 Raider and the Chinese 6th-generation fighter represent cutting-edge advancements in military aviation. * B-21 Raider: Emphasizes stealth and long-range strike capabilities, likely to be a game-changer in strategic bombing missions. * Chinese 6th-gen Fighter: Focuses on advanced avionics, AI integration, and potentially hypersonic capabilities, suggesting an emphasis on air-to-air dominance and rapid response.
@@FlightRace LOL. The US largely abandoned the F-22 precisely because it rightly determined that air-to-air dogfighting is a think of the past and instead, future air-to-air will be a game of beyond-visual-range missiles, there, it's who has the better sensors, longer range missiles, and better stealth -- look first, shoot first. I doubt the US NGAD and FA/XX fighters will ever be built at this point, as it is obvious that missile-trucks are better. That's why the US is reinvesting in the F-15 Strike Eagle-EX2. Why invest in a 4-gen fighter? Because the F-15 can carry up to 22 air-to-air missiles, including the new AIM-174B with a 240KM range. They'll flight the B-21 or F-35 to detect China's fighters (which have 4x worse stealth radar cross section), and then relay the targeting to the much cheaper fleet of F-15s to launch long range missiles. They're doing the same thing with the JASSM-XR/LRASM and Rapid Dragon. While the Chinese are focused on nationalist dick measuring contests over stats or "gen" signifiers, the US is focusing on capabilities, where cheap fleets of C-130s and C-5s can hang thousands of miles out of range in the pacific and dump thousands of long range missiles out of cargo pallets. There will never be an air-to-air dogfight between a J-36 and a US jet, so the avionics won't matter. What matters is range, stealthiness, and kill-chain. What China is showing here is a prototype. The US flew 6-gen NGAD tailless prototypes 5 years ago. Prototypes aren't production craft, anymore than the YF-23 or XB-70 was. The B-21 is under production right now, it is not a prototype demonstrator. I'll go so far as to say, I think manned fighters are a waste of money, and the future will be simply who has the best drone/missile defense, and the best delivery platform for drones and missiles. The age of dogfighting is over, and an F-35 is likely to shoot an F-22 out of the sky long before it gets into range due to better sensor suite, for the same reason, an F-35 will dominate a J-20 and J-35 -- much much better sensors.
Chinese J-36 even larger American B-2 or B-21 going supersonic would light up bright in the infrared spectrum as wide wedge bodies have a high drag-to-lift ratio. Meaning they burn more easily. Hence B-2 or B-21 is limited to only subsonic for maximal stealth. For supersonic they already have that with B-1B and upcoming SR-72. But I guess China wouldn't know that yet given they still don't have a large stealth bomber nor a large supersonic bomber.
Call the B21 as the first 6 gen fighter is a joke, this subsonic bomer is simply an easy target for the Chinese J-36, which can fly much faster and higher altitude with an equal, if not better, stealthy capability.
B21 become 6 generation aircraft ?... look like now bar been lowered .🤔
@Headonkrash
6th generation bomber
Think about the speed and flight ceiling gaps between those 2. They are not comparable.

@FlightRace
who will dominate the air in the future.?

C'mon. China will always be bringing up the rear.
B-21 too slow
Well, A sub-sonic Sixth gen aircraft🤣🤣🤣
@BushmasterKaiser
why 🤣🤣🤣

@ximinghu9456
Let's stay tuned, both of them have yet to prove who is greater.
Just conjecture. Nobody knows if this plane can do anything but fly level. Like the old saying goes "when weak, project strength"
That is western culture. When China is developing something, they tell nothing. When they do tell, they have it ready.
@Jonasbarbury
yes friend, let's just look forward to the proof of these two
I'm here to listen to the analysis, why are you telling a joke?
