She also had her hair super straight down instead of her usual low bun or wavy, middle part down. . The stick straight hair on either side is hiding her signature cheeks and jawline and also creating shadows and contours which are not the familiar for her face.

I truly try not to have some kind of bias against "non natural" alterations but I always think these kinds of transformations make celebrities look far worse. It's like they ruin their face on purpose.

So often they're focused on specific features of themselves/their faces that by changing one or a few, they end up throwing off their entire facial harmony and it shows. Features don't exist in a vacuum, they're a part of a whole and it's like they forget that. On top of it, that facial "whole" contains thousands, even millions, of bits of information people perceive (mostly on a subconscious level) and faces are one of the most informative stimuli humans can perceive. Artificially changing parts of it usually processes as something off, and while it's far easier to hide on 2d platforms like pictures and pixel media, it's especially noticeable in real life. So, even if they suit beauty standards more compared to their unaltered self -- in reality, they kind of do end up looking a little worse or "off" due to their natural face working together more

Honestly.. as a woman.. my face looks different throughout the month, depending on the amount of sleep I’m getting, the stress levels, the hormone changes (that make you look bloated & puffy or just tired)
the food I ate, pre & post menstruation, the workouts I do..heck it looks different when I travel to places with different climates. The changes are subtle, but it’s there..
there are days I notice definitive cheek bones and some other days they don’t exist😂😂 sometimes my eyes and brows are droopy, some days my brows hold up like a charm.., makeup also plays a huge role.

I suffer from insomnia but sometimes I managed to sleep longer so I immediately look better. before my period my eyelids get swollen so my normal hooded eyes are just even more hooded. even when I take photos of myself, one day I look like a zombie and then another day I look quite normal.

flat hair makes such a difference, it makes your face look slimmer and forehead taller due to the fact the hair has no shape itself it falls onto the shape of the face or over it
Meghan might have also used a filter in that video where she looks like a Kardashian. If you see more recent photos after that appearance, you will notice she doesn't look like she does in the video, but rather more like her usual self.

My dad has the example of eye lid elevation with age. People often think he had surgery done as it's preferred in East Asian countries. My mom has the droopy eyelid with age. So I'm glad your video mentions people's eyelid could go both ways

Absolutely. My fam is Hungarian /Italian we have such harsh bone structure that hallows out as we age. I had puffy hooded eyes when I was younger. I look like I had an eyebrow lift compared to when I was 18 lol

Just some initial thoughts - scleral show obviously increases with age because the orbital fat shifts and diminishes, so it’s quite an aging thing. I would imagine (on both a man or woman) the attractive counterpart features would be healthy, full upper orbital fat (to balance the aging quality) and large, wide eye spacing, which presents the eyes as a focal feature in a childish, doe-like fashion. But I’m totally curious what Qoves would come up with!
Its almost universally bad as it shows either bad scull formation and/or I muscle atrophy as you get older.

It looks like she's had another rhinoplasty, her nose looks much more refined. Plus a brow lift which drastically changed the 'cute' doe eyed effect she had. She also lightened her eyebrows which softens her face overall. I think she looks much more 'white' now.

I dont think she had any surgery its probably microdermobrasion, chemical peel, and makeup and hair color change. I change my look all the time with minor procedures like this. Also change my eyebrow shape from time to time it makes a huge difference. A lot can be improved with minor treatments. Dont always have to jump to surgery.

The chin's are 2 totally different chin widths....imo

In the past year or 2 I have had more eyelid show as well. I can't tell if it is from aging or weight loss or both. I was really surprised cuz it looks like I had an upperblepheroplasty. I'm glad you mentioned it is possible.
I’ve also had that over the years too. I guess it’s maybe fat/collagen loss from that area similar to how under eyes hollow out and lips get smaller from ageing?

I think Meghan is wearing her hair this way because it's popular and she does need to worry about covering up her perfect pretty face. However, she could opt for a side part and keep her long hair; that would cover less of her face. And a side part is always more flattering
She’s had a lot of work done on her skin as well. Lasers and maybe Morpheus.

One of her best and cutest features was the slightly broader bridge of her nose. Now you could call that a flaw, but it made her nose cute and soft. It seems she has narrowed the bridge of her nose! She looks almost unrecognizable especially with the thin nose and that massive chin.

@@maryannwaters339 by the way, I was aware that she must have had rhinoplasty, because I had seen early images of her. I've looked at those images again. What she had done was a reduction of the tip of the nose but not a complete change of the characteristics of the nose
I work in medical esthetics and I saw that under eye filler immediately-the brow lift is more subtle but also obvious if you know what to look for. She looks amazing IMHO

Ancient asian see a woman more attractive if she got a heart shaped face as in european Standart round or oval is most desired as in african countries also an elongated face is more seen attractive. To me it just looks like she dyed her hair lighter and stopped over plucking her brows. At most, perhaps a tinge of botox and definitely veneers. Much can be said for great contour. She is def using a makeup artist that utilizes flattering shades to make certain features pop / not be as pronounced, as well as techniques suited for different features. Pin straight hair is very flattering for most face types & looks really good on her.
Why can't people look natural anymore? I understand having those 'tweakments' after a certain age, but changing your facial features while you are still young...why?

She lost weight. That is the biggest change. Then there is the hair obscuring the sides and casting shadows. Her hairline looks further back but either lens distortion or wig placement. Doubt she had a brow lift. Imma reserve judgement until more pics come out

@@Rev4mpz yes, with a relaxer/perm, otherwise her hair would not be looking so straight all the time. You do know chemicals are included in brazilian blowouts. Either that or she’s heat trained (severely heat damaged) her hair into being permanently straight.

@@shura8865 yes - it is a chemical cream that leaves hair permenantly straight, and needs to be re-applied to any new growth (roots) after a certain period of time (e.g every couple months or so). Although, it is highly advised against due to health risks and cancer causing agents in the ingredients.

It's just the hair and makeup, her hair has been styled like a curtain on either side of her face so you cant see her whole face shape and it visually lengthens her chin.
Her face has not changed at all. She lightened and straighten her hair. If you look closely, you will see her jaw has not changed and you can see the shadow from her straight hair makes her face look elongated.

I think she was gorgeous before and gorgeous now. If she had any cosmetic surgery, I want the name of her plastic surgeon! I had my droopy, fatty eyelids done for medical reasons, and three years later, both drooped, one more than the other. It's hard to eyemakeup when you barely have an upper eyelid.

i'm not saying that celebs dont get surgeries alot, we all kno they do by now, but i think ppl really underestimate how dramatically a woman's face and body can change from pregnancy and having children. that, on top of whatever her self-care routine is for getting back in shape for her career, along with other stuff people here is the comments have said like hormones, etc, I feel can give the appearance of dramatic changes when in fact, it's a combo of these kinds of things. not to mention, that her hair being lighter, straighter, and hanging in her face can easily change the way we look at her face. That photo was airbrushed so much. Her skin is not great normally. They made her skin look flawless and removed all her dark spots and freckles.
