Here’s the comment u need. Diagonal house: the front is rlly hard bc of the design you chose. It makes the depth, to depthy if you understand. Otherwise the front is very good it’s just overshadowed by the bad outline. Next the roof, it sticks out too much so try to not use full blocks. Final thing, on the outline use the other oak logs with wood on all 4 to make it look more uniform. That’s all i got. Ideas to build: This really depends on the way you want to do your world. From the way I’ve seen the past 2 episodes you seem to want to do more manual things so id suggest building an animal barn to house all of your animals. Then maybe a proper storage building? just some ideas. If not then try a couple automated farms like iron, xp, and wood. That’s all i got, I really like your videos as not many Minecraft youtbers curse and I feel it makes me relate more. Idk why. Hope you see this! ❤
At 6:25 - 6:30 the mountain side looks like a hand rising up towards a face, I think turning that area into some king of giant statue/monument would be awesome
What helped my diagonal house aesthetic was building in circles. I build a HUGE castle in one of my survival worlds, and made the circular towers into the shops and such living spaces. It really helped me work on diagonals.
Bro I always watch Minecraft videos to take a nap but your videos literally inspire me so much it makes me wanna play the game and build myself😂 thank you for the amazing content!
First time im watching this when it comes out usually i watch your uploads tuesday mornings when i wake up with my coffee then after the video ends get dressed and go to work you give me motivation for what the days gonna bring me
To help with the diagonal house, try a gradual overhang on the gable end, I find that it helps with depth and will take the attention away from the awkward look that only a mother could love.
11:50 the front of the house does not need to be diagonal just make it flat extend our the walls little bit it will look much better. Also if you want you can also add a stair in the side because it looks kind of plain. Good luck 👍👍
buttons and signs are a good way to fill up some flat walls and give them that extra texture, also try to mix even more stone variations into your walls to give that illusion of an uneven surface area. For chimneys you can use those big pots and place underneath it a campfire while being hidden inside the roof or between trap doors, the result is a more detailed chimney and the smoke from the campfire comes out different.
for the diagonal houses just make the sides with no windows and to not meke it look flat just use gradients like stone to turf and everything in between and make it a little les diagonal more like a 2/3 to 1 ratio like 2 back and 1 to de side so its diagonal but not weird
I really enjoy watching the videos. It's just looking at this aesthetic progress while calming down from the daily stress there is. I am looking forward to every part!
This is a bit late, but making the diagonal house a bit wider and using slabs in addition to full blocks might make the rooftops easier. Beyond that I haven't played around with the diagonal concept in a long time, just a thought.
Instead of using market stalls, and some of the same buildings that you usually use, you should venture out. Your builds always look great by the way. Ideas : which burning post, massive plants, or trees, some type of arena, cathedral/church, statues (big), big observing tower/watchtower.
You could add some barrels and vines with some mossy stones for texture and added storage for that one stall next to it. And for the back, add some unlit campfire and barrels.
Of course they look weird to you. It's your first time building like that. Give it time. Some variety in style is always good. Also the front of that stone building looks really cool. When the back was flat you could have added tall grass/flowers/vines and put a storage pile. But mirroring the front was great for symmetry. (Your diagnoal house with the face has a mustashe, lol. Please don't change it.) Also, your render distance is insane. I wish I could do that but my computer isn't beefy.
You gave me so many ideas with all your videos. But an issue I found was that you rarely make builds that fit into the more snowy biom and since I'm building now in this biom. 😂 I'll be so happy if you want and do some ❤
when the sides and back of my house looks flat, I usually just throw in some greenery. i find it really helps jujj up walls that are intended to be flat and kinda plain.
For the cart design adding some open fence gates to the front of it will make it look like it's not balancing and that horses could be attached in theory
Maybe for that stone farm house you built try utilising Andesite for a little texture with the stone, and the flat walls add Stone brick walls to replace a block here and there, to give it some depth?
For the brick stone house near the fields you could try to add stairs inside the wall and then add another layer on the inside to the wall so that you have some depth and texture inside the wall! You could also add walls in the same way. I think maybe adding some unpolished diorite wouldn't look that bad. I also think the roof could use some other colours, maybe spruce or birch? Now the colour is in terms of brightness very similar to the stone and stone bricks beneath which makes the roof sort of blend in with the walls which makes it look a bit more flat.
Love your videos, super entertaining. Thank you! ps a balcony working or not on the third house you built might make the top look better. also, maybe use buttons for details to break up flat areas?
Cool to see you trying new styles, looking great but maybe add some stairs in the side walls of the market building to add some subtle texture, also I think the cart you made needs some handles, atm it looks a bit weird balancing like that (maybe use an open fence gate?)
I always add interiors and detail my world as much as possible. In my eyes I prefer quality > quantity, and love the idea that someone can come into the world after having never seen it before, and be able to explore every nook and cranny that was built.
This is like Ozzy Man Reviews plays Minecraft and I am here for it. It's refreshing to hear authentic narration with swear words. Really enjoying this series!
If it were me lad I’d add some exterior walls medieval style and a couple Iron golems in a separate area on the outside as well as a port just cause it’s be cool which could maybe be a laketown like in the hobbit 👀
the best part about following an aussie minecrafter is that I HAVE the fucking chance to meet or collab ( if ever i got into this lifestyle ) love your builds man, i steal them when playing with mates to make them think i can build :'D
While i definitly love the decorations all around the place. If you are planning on bringing in villagers aswell. I would definitly hold off on the worker blocks like the barrels untill you established all the villager trades you need/want. Atleast dont fill the barrels or remove them temporary. Else you going to end up with a town full of fisherman.
I'm playing Runescape while watching this and the music is throwing me off so bad lol, I went to check my RS sound settings 3 times already. Awesome video nonetheless!
Since you asked for advice regarding the diagonal house: exactly because of the issue of scale this house looks so much out of place. Make the others bigger, give a little bit more space in between, shrink the roof trim and you will see what I mean.
Inspired me to use this seed last video it’s amazing with the exception of the Nether did not like it in there. I’m on bedrock and even then this the best seed I’ve ever played on. Sidenote… The resource pack that makes ores glow is so broken. I wish me as a console bedrock player had that… it’s soo damn dark in deepslate level
If you don’t like the front of your Side way house I like making the front glass hopefully this helps you in your next video and I dream about being a RUclipsr when I grow up and you are my favorite RUclipsr❤

Bro why u don't play horror mods and building some builds ❤
a huge underground mine area would be cool, with like large wooden pillars
Here’s the comment u need.

A nice, simple, single player MC video with OSRS music warms my soul so much
The music just makes the video for me haha
I love how geometric the diagonal house looks
First time im watching this when it comes out usually i watch your uploads tuesday mornings when i wake up with my coffee then after the video ends get dressed and go to work you give me motivation for what the days gonna bring me
Ayyyeee same
16:30 you could add a chimney/fireplace on the side
To help with the diagonal house, try a gradual overhang on the gable end, I find that it helps with depth and will take the attention away from the awkward look that only a mother could love.
11:55 for the diagonal house you could use full logs (called "oak wood") instead of normal logs which would make it look cleaner!
im begging you to post more. your style is so comforting, i love watching these when i have a day off or after work.
Thank you for the RuneScape music 🎶 such good memories!
11:50 the front of the house does not need to be diagonal just make it flat extend our the walls little bit it will look much better. Also if you want you can also add a stair in the side because it looks kind of plain. Good luck 👍👍
Bros got a damn lantern out while in the caves 😂😂
I was confused too
2:37 why does bro sound like an old man 😭
bro 🤣
He literally has offspring
Bro was so shocked he had stroke🤣
Love the Runescape music 🤘
Man watching this video making me play OSRS
i don't see any problem with your design. it's peak perfection i love it. i wonder what are you going to build in that big area near your base
you can expand/ create a path from the village to the sea in order to build port for the boats or even build a ship as well !!!
buttons and signs are a good way to fill up some flat walls and give them that extra texture, also try to mix even more stone variations into your walls to give that illusion of an uneven surface area. For chimneys you can use those big pots and place underneath it a campfire while being hidden inside the roof or between trap doors, the result is a more detailed chimney and the smoke from the campfire comes out different.

for the flat stone walls: buttons. or if you want to age it you can use stairs to add chipped out spaces
Thanks gooooood, I feel like I’ve been waiting years for a new video
You have a real talent for Minecraft building! I’m working on some detailed builds myself
I really enjoy watching the videos. It's just looking at this aesthetic progress while calming down from the daily stress there is. I am looking forward to every part!
Bluenerd has some REALLY good and helpful videos on making diagonal builds. Highly recommend!!
This is a bit late, but making the diagonal house a bit wider and using slabs in addition to full blocks might make the rooftops easier. Beyond that I haven't played around with the diagonal concept in a long time, just a thought.
On the stone house near the stalls add some stair blocks and vines/mossy blocks to the side walls to give it some texture
5:40 so refreshing to see a blacksmith mannnn
You can make cracked stone bricks by smelting normal stone bricks in a furnace. Don’t need to find a strong hold for them
Even as a little farming village, some kind of big cathedral in the plains behind your village would fit in quite nicely
You should sideways fence gates on carts for handles. Just a nice little detail
For the pillars when u add rhe upside down stair and the fence instead try putting an opened fence gate instead of a fence. hope this helps
Love the RuneScape theme music!
I love your buildings style. Everything looks beautiful! 🥰
And for the back, add some unlit campfire and barrels.
i love how the build you call bad is 20x better than anything i've ever made
You could keep some workstations underneath the trading stalls so villagers go there
Of course they look weird to you. When it comes to Diagonal designs bud, keep the front flat but make the sides diagonal
when the sides and back of my house looks flat, I usually just throw in some greenery. i find it really helps jujj up walls that are intended to be flat and kinda plain.

The view at min 10:00 reminds me of the Minecraft wallpaper "Steve fighting with a skeleton"
For the brick stone house near the fields you could try to add stairs inside the wall and then add another layer on the inside to the wall so that you have some depth and texture inside the wall! You could also add walls in the same way. I think maybe adding some unpolished diorite wouldn't look that bad.

I’m a month late but I have advice for building diagonal houses: DON’T
Love your channel bro I've saw your island vid and would love if you could continue it or make a new series since it is so entertaining ❤
You could add some stone buttons to a flat wall for more texture and variety
4:24 I got a mention
Bro
for the cart details you can use two fences as a attachment for horses, looks better ;)
Love love the music, it's so nostalgic
Love your videos, super entertaining. Thank you! ps a balcony working or not on the third house you built might make the top look better. also, maybe use buttons for details to break up flat areas?
You, my man, just made my day better❤
use stairs under the corner blocks that have the stonebrick walls on top to make the house less flat @disruptivebuilds
In my eyes I prefer quality > quantity, and love the idea that someone can come into the world after having never seen it before, and be able to explore every nook and cranny that was built.
you should add a couple trees for some detail!!!
I love the build on the fly style! It’s so much more realistic and relatable compared to a Litematica Timelapse.
Keep cranking out the content!!!
2:54 I think that was thunder or something, whatever it was, it was just the sound mod glitching
I love videos like this, with you talking to uswhile playing
i've recently just subscribed to your channel just bc of the tiny runescape music i hear every once in a while. keep it up!
This is like Ozzy Man Reviews plays Minecraft and I am here for it. It's refreshing to hear authentic narration with swear words. Really enjoying this series!
14:58 oh that type of building, I wanted to do that for a village in a multiplayer server I'm in
I love your villages and I would love for you to start a big city with huge buildings of glass and brick😊
Good idea
To get level30 enchanting books you have to put looting on your sword for leather
The Ravines at 6:21 come together and it lowkey looks like the xbox logo
I thought of stranger things when I saw it
i feel like button are great to get just a lil more detail sometime !!
suggestion: You can use fortune on crops so that you get more seeds so you can plant more and get more crops!
RuneScape music lets gooo
I recommend making a wheat farm that reaches as far as you can see
For diagonal house juste add a brunch of stair and leave and its gonna look nice
Make a small fisherman's house over the water, kind of perched off your island
If you mirrored that diagonal house and made it like a duplex type building, that could look good
I have no idea how anything in this game works but I hear runescape music so I watched the entire thing
You should put workstations in each house and get villages over. Thatll liven it up :)
Nice video, you could add dripstone on top of the logs around your base, so they look like pointed logs 😀☝️
Respect the music selection ❤
6:34 that is a VERY good looking area
2:56 me having PTSD from Kevin's vids
Subscribed just because of the RUNESCAPE soundtrack.
This is amazing
If it were me lad I’d add some exterior walls medieval style and a couple Iron golems in a separate area on the outside as well as a port just cause it’s be cool which could maybe be a laketown like in the hobbit 👀

3:35 the Pillagers just showed up like the Spanish inquisition
Since you asked for advice regarding the diagonal house: exactly because of the issue of scale this house looks so much out of place. Make the others bigger, give a little bit more space in between, shrink the roof trim and you will see what I mean.
for the diagonal house: just make the top as a balcony and above an outside entrance if you know what I mean
Inspired me to use this seed last video it’s amazing with the exception of the Nether did not like it in there. I’m on bedrock and even then this the best seed I’ve ever played on.
