First Ever NASCAR Street Race | John Hunter Nemechek

It finally happened, ‪@NASCAR‬ brought us to race on the streets. It was a long weekend getting acclimated to the new surfaces and surroundings but the weather had other plans for us.
Before we got to racing, I was invited to throw out the first pitch at the ‪@cubs‬ game at Wrigley Field.
Despite the flooded street course, we took home a second place finish, adding more points to the board for our 2023 chase for the Xfinity Series Championship.

Really wish they hadn’t called the race. It was just starting to get good when the lightning came. P2 isn’t bad, but I think you could’ve won it. Good luck it ATL!
