For your information,Its not "PORK EGG RICE",if that's what you assuming it should be. I'm from Thailand, but grew up in USA For 45 years,I go visit often, these are my favorite dishes,it's mostly (using the same ingredients) to all the Stir-Fry they making right now. All this menu is using ("Thai Holy Basil leaves") Its called "Pad Kaprow__?__".The (1st.) menu is ("Pork Holy Basil">-- Kaprow Moo). 2nd menu is>> "Chicken Innards"(Its has--Heart,Gizzards & Liver) ("Kaprow Gai").3rd menu is Mackarel ("Kaprow Pla Too"). 4th menu is "Crispy Pork Belly"--> ("Kaprow Moo Krob"). 5th menu is Chicken (Kaprow Gai). 6th menu is Ground Pork with Bamboo Shoot--("Moo Sarp Nall Mai")

They usually cook in small trays. If they're busy, food will be warm because they get refilled more often. If not, better take it home and reheat in the microwave.
