Can you also discuss how they sold out after they got acquires by Estee Launder and watered down their fragrances? Like it's not anymore about producing the best fragrances, but all about cutting corners and making as much profit as possible.
Loved the video but I have to say, I ordered a gift set and a Discovery set and my items were wrapped in plain paper that felt like construction paper but it did have a black ribbon on it. Costumer Service was contacted several times and nothing they said they would contact me but like really what can you do after the fact. I just think it’s a kick in the butt when things like this happen it’s like, I’f rather take a fancy note card which I didn’t get and say hey sorry we ran out of wrapping paper hers a free sample. That wrap job looked tacky as hell!

Great video - I walked by this store a few years ago without knowing it existed shopping for Hanro underwear, which is just next door! Speaking of Kilian special editions, I wore Straight to Heaven Oud and Musk today and it is my clear favourite STH fragrance - so mesmerising and hypnotic! In terms of luxury and exclusives, I found it on the same level (but very different from this floral chypre) as Xerjoff Begum, which I wore yesterday, a Harrods exclusive from their Stone Labels collection costing over £500 a bottle..

The original formulation of Love was amazing, now it's nothing but a shadow of the original formulation. They have watered it down to the point it's not worth even getting it since you have now many fragrances which smell similar but have much better performance.
My bottle is quite a number of years old, so I'm not too familiar with recent batches
@@Redolessence They ruined some of their masterpieces. Even the color of the juice isn't the same. Especially Love don't be shy had so much depth and amazing longevity, the juice had a dark shade of orange, now it's extremely weak and even lighter in color. They also lied to their clients and told them they the new formulations are the same, but you just need to let them macerate, which isn't true since my 10 ml decant of the new formulation (after Estee Launder acquired the brand) still smells extremely weak. They should at least be transparent to their clients, cause we got eyes and a nose too and even own the older formulation to compare the new once with.

How does memo Paris “sintra”, compare to love don’t be shy ??? Sorry off subject!!
Sintra smells more like PDM Oriana, not Love don’t be shy. Sintra is greener and sharper while love is much warmer
