Similar for me - friend at school lent me tape with "Bleeps" written on, that she got from Camden Market.... just listened here with decent speakers for first time.
Best quote ever when I asked my mate what he was saying when he mimed along this classic choon?: "My son gave me a cheque that bounced" came out of his mouth and we all were on the floor in seconds...murder choon and well ahead when it came out as so many chucked out by the week by Kickin' Records at the time....most of them produced & engineered by some guy named Ralph Ruppert

It's one of the very first hardcore tunes made in the UK. Everything in '91 and '92 came after. I think it sounds similar to Liam Howlett's early Prodigy stuff, like he was heavily influenced by it.
