It means big bro but they often use "Aniki" in gangs or organizations like Yakuza too (especially in anime) to their leader, often because they are afraid of them (with respect and submission like you said) like the case of Yoo Jinho here lol Korean always keep Hyung depending on the situation even if they are not blood brothers, often adding "-nim" as a mark of respect, while in Japanese they make a little difference between "Oni-san" and "Aniki". So the translation with "boss" is a little bit more accurate if we translate from the Japanese dubbing.
it's common in Asian countries to call unrelated people "aunt" "father" "big bro" etc. furthermore, "Aniki" is respectful way to address an older brother in comparison to "Oni-chan or San"
The military reasoning is more or less because the S ranks can't be everywhere at once, they need the rank and file to hold the line until the S Ranks can get there and turn the tide, basically. 2:16:25 My dad passed away from melanoma. 1 year to live, stretched it to 3 (enough to see 1 of 3 kids graduate college). He smoothly transitioned from healthy to sickly to using a wheelchair to eventually being completely bedridden. The transition was slow enough that we all adjusted to his coming death. Even during his funeral, I felt no need to cry over his loss. I missed him, for sure, but there was no sadness. But I remember having that same strange, self-critical analysis of my emotional state at that time. Everyone handles things differently.
If you wanna feel even better about the prisoners dying. In the Manhwa (this is cut content from episode 9) one of the prisoners lived. Kang cut his throat so he couldn’t speak and was playing dead. After Jinwoo killed Kang, he tells Song and Joohee to head out and Jinwoo tells the prisoner that he knows he’s alive. Then Jinwoo drags the prisoner into the boss room where a bunch of goblins just kill the absolute crap out of the prisoner. Jinwoo just watches with no emotions lol So just a bit of feel good cut content for you 😁

Was really surprised that wasn't explained properly, as it would have been as easy as to flash the weapon info for a sec, like they did in the webtoon.
@@peterbaum9367 Jin Woo actually says it's Kim's sword, so they did explain it. At least in the English version. I'll need to rewatch the subtitled version to see if he says it.
4:24:30 it doesn't matter what he does or how he would have chosen to beat these armored monsters. He is always going to get a necromancer job that will eventually evolve in the shadow monarch. It's all the "Game Master's Plan". you will see later.
Jinwoo was brave too, and self sacrificial even as a E ranker. He puts others before him (mom, sis, ppl in the double dungeon) and never defended himself or fought back even when people made fun of his weaknesses. I think that adds to his likeability by the second and third episodes. :)
In regards to your question about why is his attitude changed from previous 1st 2 episodes! There are two reasons: 1. We already know that he was intelligent and "focused on survival" from the very first episode, back when he was weak only thing he could do was run, now as he started gaining power and "the reward system" made fighting monsters appealing as it would give him rare benefits that no one else received, enforcing in him the idea that more difficult the task better/juicier the rewards and essentially developed a sort of "greed" to reap more rewards. Initially, he started to do so out of the desire to become better and "prove himself" but then it combines with his desire to get better rewards and become stronger making him focus more on essentially all events as "tasks" and "events", removing the "human aspect". 2. He spends points on intelligence. So as he spends more points on intelligence, he becomes more analytical and practical, again essentially making him more pragmatic and task focused and even cold- hearted when it comes to the choice between things that must be done! and things that can be ignored. So that is why there is a change in his attitude. You can see that after killing those guys in the dungeon, he is very analytical in assessing his emotions and that scenario! Also, he had already died once, I mean it's said that near death experience changes you, in his case he actually died{ just 0.02 sec away from death}, so that "desperation to survive" is also the strongest in him. In the first episode only, he says, when he was about to die, he repeats what those people said to him when they ran away from that dungeon and says, If only he has a second chance, he would change, so ya that's why his attitude changes as he starts getting powerful.
2:37:00 "I feel like we see her running a lot." Cha Hae-In was the star of her middle school Track and Field team, until she broke her ankle really bad and couldn't compete anymore. 3:12:42 "What the hell just happened?" Murderous Intent reduces the targets stats by 50%, allowing Kasaka's Venom Blade to bypass Taeshik's resistances to the debuffs.
1:30:27 "How is he still in the hospital?" The Hunter's Association of South Korea is footing the bill for the hospital room, so Jin-Woo decided to stay there as long as he could. 1:35:15 "Can he just go get reevaluated?" It's pointed out in a later episode, but if Jin-Woo got reevaluated now, he'd be stuck with the result (probably a low-B) and wouldn't have the excuse of a "Second Awakening" to use.
5:30 "So, you're telling me a nuclear bomb wouldn't work on those ants?" Jeju Island is 1/20th of South Korea's arable land, so nuking it is out of the question. 6:45 "Why does he even do this then?" "Because he's passionate!" He's broke ...

Near the end of episode 9 notice that the music playing sounds like the double dungeon music. The guilds have different juridictions that the country is split into, so Jinwoo is operating in White Tiger's jurisdiction and that's how they came to that guilds attention.
4:07:20 one detail they left of the anime and the manhwa, but was in the *light novel* is that once he defeats the monsters in the penalty zone, then after that the *difficulty* of the penalty zone will be *adjusted* fairly (fairly to punish him, not to equal level).

This is just a small plot point that the authors probably had a hard time tying into the anime, but it could be seen as spoiler info for more hardcore avoiders: The answer to your question of why other guilds won't come after Jin Woo (3:40:45) is because Jin Woo has been mainly operating in White Tiger Guild's 'territory'. Each of the guilds has a 'territory' that they watch over because it is close to their guild building, and it shows the public that the guild and its members can be trusted in the unlikely event of a dungeon break.
I don't think he thinks that since he is the strongest he will prey on weak, his reasoning is since strong prey on weak then he will be the strongest so no one can prey on him. Also Int. stat doesn't makes him smarter, it increases his mana and helps with stuff related to magic abilities. I saw many people think Int. stat means getting smarter but in almost all RPGs that's not the case.
In dnd and another rpg I played it actually does increase intelligence....like it says. It's for mana AND skills. Stupid characters(low int) can barely even count their money.
@@mestill1811 Yeah I know but here in SL and most litrpg novels Int. stat doesn't necessary means more intelligence. It can make your thinking sharp and flexible but it won't make you some 1000 Iq genius. It is usually associated with mana as the more points in Int. you have the more mana you can use. Most people don't get this, they think Int. means becoming some genius

anyone else catch Conversating @19:19 but what I really love was the disbelief of the stupidity of that party and it made me realize if you look at it like a horror movie, then the stupidity of the party makes sense.
It doesn't drain other people's mana. It drains his own mana in order to summon shadow soldiers from defeated enemies. It's just a spell. He needs mana to cast it.
Jin-woo was not hallucinating and it wasn't the knights talking to him or casting any spell. It was Jin-woo's memories. It was his insecurities resurfacing due to him losing confidence during the fight. Basically, he was having a pity party.
Yours is one of the rare reaction channels that feels genuine, thx for another video. I know you're probably getting countless recommendations, but I'll throw this one out there: Claymore. Would be nice to see you react to some older anime that are still great, and if you liked Solo Leveling and Demon Slayer, I'm sure you'd love Claymore. Anyway, have a nice weekend!
As someone that has read all of Solo Leveling, It's fun to see the reaction of people knowing nothing at all. They did adjust the order of events a bit, which is a bit annoying to me, but we'll see how the rest of the Series turns out.
I think it is a pretty good adaptation so far. I am not a big fan of all the quick cuts to side characters peppered throughout each episode because it feels kinda jarring and disjointed the way it’s arranged. However, even though it comes off as kind of janky the way they did it, I actually think the show does a better job than the manwha so far with fleshing those characters out (the manwha is pretty garbage when it comes to characters not named Sung Jinwoo lol). Excited to see the second season.
It's incredible that you realised that the Jin-woo that came when he was about to die looked like the statue, im not giving spoilers, but yeah! Incredible! Some being came to him then and talked to him :P
Wes & Steph: "Sung's been thru more pain and been beaten more than any other protagonist." *Oh boy, if they ever react to Re:Zero, they will definitely change their minds real quick lmao...*
Just a clarification. The system didn't force him to kill the strike team. It recognized that the strike team was going to kill him so it created a quest for him to save his own life. Also, when the system says something like "failure to accept will result in your heart stopping" that isn't the system threatening to kill him. That is the system warning him that failure to accept the mission will result in something killing him. The first time was the statue about to kill him and this time was the strike team about to kill him.
Exactly how I saw it. I also think he had no idea HOW to capture those guys. His life and his friends hung in the balance and he chose the best way to save both of their lives imo. Kill them. It's what hunters do. I though the 1st time he was alone with the Goblins he might try talking to them but....yeah no. Not that kind of show
Just so you know, the secret behind the leveling system is revealed way later in the story, so you'll have to read it or wait for a few more seasons to find out. Tiny spoiler: 3:52:13 You're onto something ok ngl you actually got a lot of things kinda right after when you were guessing what things could mean damn
Forgot how much I enjoyed your reaction channel! Really enjoyed the video, just binged it all in one night. Btw, Jinwoo got the murderous intent skill as a reward for the urgent quest when the 6 hunters tried to kill him. It halves all of an opponents abilities when used. (It’s OP) He tried to use it on Cerberus but it was resisted cause he was too powerful. He used it at the end of Kang Taeshek’s fight and the visual was as Kang was running through water since it slowed him to a crawl. A really cool depiction of the skill. If you see the black wave come off Jinwoo and enemies get a black/purple outline then he used it on them. He used it against the knights but then was out of mana. The show tends to tell you the details of a skill once but as it is used more it just gives visual cues like colors. When he used dash early on it showed he got a yellow outline and showed the visual popup. Later he would use it and just get the yellow outline. They kind of train you and then take the training wheels off. It’s really well done to me. Hope that helps! See you end of this year for cour 2 with the next 12 episodes!!! Also… the voice actor is amazing and the Hiroyuki Sawano score is superb. Edit: Grammar
Great reaction video. This is one of the only anime's that i would reccomend the english Dub over the sub. You could feel so much more emotion comming from the actors in the dub.
4:16:29 Necromancer on the front lines? Using a game as an example, the main character from Shadow of War is like that. The player is always in the middle of battle, or attacking from stealth. But you can also summon monsters and bring enemies you kill back from the dead. Not only can he revive corpses, he can also summon ghosts. Also, keep in mind: dark doesn’t always mean evil. Just like how light doesn’t always mean good. Look at Bayonetta. Angels almost killed all of humanity in the first game. And Bayonetta fought them with demonic powers and dark magic.
Yay!! So glad you two are excited about this show! I read the manhwa before this premiered and we are all in for a badass show. No spoilers…but keep in mind….Drip-Woo
@ 3:15:00 In the Manwha, Jinwoo found out one of the criminals was still alive, so he dragged him to the BOSS room and fed him to the goblins there, before beating the boss. I am really sad they took that bit out.
Let me give you guys a thought: just because you have a dark power, it doesn't make you bad. Jinwoo right now is rank A+, i think. Also, ALL SHADOWS HAIL THE SHADOW MONARCH. OUR KING IS FINALLY HERE. ARISE!!!!! Tutorial is over. Now the real game begins.

12:40 "So, they're kinda like independent contractors ..." No, they get a base salary, medical, all that, but they can also collect essence stones that can be sold for a bonus. 13:05 "Okay. So, can they not leave unless they beat it?" It's explained later, but if a boss isn't defeated within 7 days of the dungeon appearing, a Dungeon Break occurs, letting all the magical beasts out.
They explained the point of training earlier. While you don't get stronger, you need to stay in shape, increase your skill, and maintain sharpness, focus, and battle instinct. The rankings only determine your physical and magical power. But they don't make you skilled with a sword.
episode 5 the hting tearing the ants apart was the main character punching or kicking them when they got to close. The group was purposefully leaving opening hoping the two would have been killed that's why he looked so upset when they where all dead.
Nah man. I didnt expected this good reaction for SL. I have to say that your reaction is the best among all i have watched of this show which makes me even hyped up for your reaction to Jeju island arc. and remember this is just the introduction, the real hunts begins from the next arc
1:19:17 "Is he accessing his MP?" The anime did a bad job of explaining this, but Jin-Woo picked up two skills in the Penalty Quest: [Dash] and [Willpower]. Willpower activates when his HP is below a certain percentage, giving him a 50% damage reduction. 1:20:41 "If he'd put [the ability points] into Intelligence, maybe he would have prepared more before he went into the fight." In this, INT is only associated with mana - Jin-Woo kept farming the first two floors of the Instance Dungeon until he got no more XP from the monsters. Having no way of knowing what an Instance Dungeon was like before stepping inside, there was no way he could have planned for anything.

After Jinwoo killed Kang, he tells Song and Joohee to head out and Jinwoo tells the prisoner that he knows he’s alive. Then Jinwoo drags the prisoner into the boss room where a bunch of goblins just kill the absolute crap out of the prisoner. Jinwoo just watches with no emotions lol
So just a bit of feel good cut content for you 😁
I was really curious why they didn't add that in the anime but ig that would have been a bit too dark (goblin slayer vibes)
@@Arklust Yeah, I thought they’d show it at the beginning of epsiode 10 but they didn’t. I’m not bothered that much since we got the gist of Jinwoo’s personality and mentality changing anyway so
Absolutely best reactions and analysis, you guys are very smart people, it's pleasure to watch you asking questions and trying to solve things with such passion. Can't wait to see your reactions for season 2. The show is going crazier and crazier with each arc.
Thank you!!
I sure hope so, because this season was a 5/10 at best
@@jacobsvensson8193 fr manhwa was so much better and tbh season 2 is where im expecting it to be good since thats kinda where it starts in a way
@@jacobsvensson8193That's your opinion as much as I HEAVILY disagree with it.
@@Nlght_Slash nah this is so much better then the manhwa specifically at the beginning. its the manhwa + more
Wes and Steph, ARISE!
You’d have to kill them first😂😂😂
Okiro!
YAAAAAHHHHHHHSSSSSS!!!! 😂
The sword in his inventory is actually kim's sword in the double dungeon.
Was really surprised that wasn't explained properly, as it would have been as easy as to flash the weapon info for a sec, like they did in the webtoon.
@@peterbaum9367 Yeah many people also wonder the origin of the sword I also wish they explain the effects of the items.
@@peterbaum9367 Jin Woo actually says it's Kim's sword, so they did explain it. At least in the English version. I'll need to rewatch the subtitled version to see if he says it.
@@peterbaum9367It was mentioned. Pretty quickly, but I don’t think we need a long explanation to just say it was some other guy’s sword.
28:41 "it's love language is words of affirmation" 🤣🤣 got me
4:24:30 it doesn't matter what he does or how he would have chosen to beat these armored monsters.
There are two reasons:
2:37:00 "I feel like we see her running a lot."
Cha Hae-In was the star of her middle school Track and Field team, until she broke her ankle really bad and couldn't compete anymore.
3:12:42 "What the hell just happened?"
Murderous Intent reduces the targets stats by 50%, allowing Kasaka's Venom Blade to bypass Taeshik's resistances to the debuffs.
1:30:27 "How is he still in the hospital?"
The Hunter's Association of South Korea is footing the bill for the hospital room, so Jin-Woo decided to stay there as long as he could.
1:35:15 "Can he just go get reevaluated?"
It's pointed out in a later episode, but if Jin-Woo got reevaluated now, he'd be stuck with the result (probably a low-B) and wouldn't have the excuse of a "Second Awakening" to use.
5:30 "So, you're telling me a nuclear bomb wouldn't work on those ants?"
Jeju Island is 1/20th of South Korea's arable land, so nuking it is out of the question.
6:45 "Why does he even do this then?" "Because he's passionate!"
He's broke ...
I was bunge watching your freiren compilation rn , and was thinking - i really want these too to react ti solo leveling. And YOU UPLOADED IT JUST IN THAT TIME. you guys rock
This is the greatest reaction of Solo Leveling! Thanks for your lovely and well-rounded commentary to the show. I'm enjoyed every last bit of your talk! I will definitely watin to watch S2 with you guys again (hopefully can support in Patreon then too)
Another manhwa-animated adaptation that would be super cool is Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. (It's Korean, and if you guys haven't read the manhwa or the novel yet, check it out, it's sooo worth it!!)
Both of you have probably the best reactions to the content you watch.
Insightful and analytical. Definitely subscribed.
Thank you!
3:42:05 all of his skills increase by 1 when he levels up so even though he hasn’t used any skill points on it he has improved across the board (he has put points into the other 4 skills up to this point though)
Season 2 of solo leveling has been confirmed for this year and I hear it’s also getting talk about 6 seasons 🔥🔥
How do you go from season 2 to season 6? Based on the manhwa, it will be a total of 3 or 4 seasons depending on where they end season 2.
@@mavoc3094 considering they are making original content and season 2, of the manhwa, being rushed by the manhwa author because of his deterioranting health, ps: unfortunately he died, I would be totally open to fleshing out the story even more because for a lot of people it got worse.
@@bonsai4658it was the artist of the manhwa who died not the author
@@bonsai4658 the solo leveling author is not dead. Idk where you got that from but one quick google search will tell you otherwise.
@@mavoc3094 makes sense to me to make it 6 seasons have to remember it's only 12 episodes
season 2 will start from jinwoo going to school with his sister for the meeting then episode 2 red gate and will probably end with red gate or will end when he enters the demon castle second time and clears it then
season 3 rank re-evaluation, mining team and completing demon castle and will end with his mother awaking
season 4 jeju island and probably that's it unless they rush so then recruiting arc and then end on creating his own guild
season 5 double dungeon and monarchs
season 6 end or monarchs and maybe something will his son
Very interesting seeing the point of view of someone who doesn't know the story. SL is one of my favorite manhwas I'm so glad the anime is really good and people are enjoying it you guys are in for a ride.
You two have quickly become some of my favorite RUclipsrs always brings a smile to my face when I watch y’all ❤❤
the story takes place in Korea btw and when they talk about money its not dollars but Won (1 million won = 750$)
Currently, it would be about $696.
Hey!!!!!😅😅 No necromancer slander here!! *pouts*..... One of my most beloved characters (this I CANNOT stress enough. I love him like my own child. Completely.Totally.Full on. Obsessed. (The Yilling Patriarch is just THAT GUY. )>>> Ok back to the point) is a Necromancer (of sorts. Also didn't become one by choice. That's a whole different trauma story nvm.) THE POINT IS THAT HE IS FRICKING COOL. SO COOL. AND more importantly he is good. Just. Moral. Just the BEST person in the world with the patience of a saint. Not all dark type power ppl are evil. It's what you choose to do with it.
So insane uploading this compilation! Awesome reaction and can’t wait to see what season 2 brings 👍🔥
Dungeons are major sources of money. That's why the kid eats to be a guild master. A guild is essentially a company that harvests resources from dungeons for huge profit, and the guild master is basically the CEO/ owner of the company.
1:11:15 - "He's leveling in his own universe."
Cue The Title
I really appreciate you guys for uploading everything in one go. You guys added max value to our time. My thanks for your entertaining and ponderous reaction!!
Wes is always overthinking about the statue and his so confident in his theories 😂 its so funny ( Btw sung isn't gonna turn evil i think the eyes and everything is just for looks or just effects of the system or his powers)
Yep.....except Sung himself says something like 'there goes another of his emotions' during his fight with the assassin guy. He may not turn evil but he may lose his humanity and empathy. It seems to already be happening.
@@mestill1811well if you read the manhwa he still cares for the people around him and even his army of shadows, and if anything he’s the hero trying to protect humanity from monsters that come to play in the next season

I like how you guys actually pay attention and care about the story ❤
pay attention? They are asking sooo many questions, which the show clearly explained, because the do NOT pay attention... so many info panels they ignored and later ask whats happening..
This is just a small plot point that the authors probably had a hard time tying into the anime, but it could be seen as spoiler info for more hardcore avoiders:
The answer to your question of why other guilds won't come after Jin Woo (3:40:45) is because Jin Woo has been mainly operating in White Tiger Guild's 'territory'.
Most people don't get this, they think Int. means becoming some genius
i love the way you guys engage into the series and not just watch it like most other reacts
For real. Many reactors just look at the surface level of the plot and characters especially in Frieren but these guys are observant and on point. Love it
Having read the manhua several times it’s so fun to see people’s fresh reactions to this story. lol not gonna lie I definitely thought some of the same things you guys did while reading it, but oooh boy I can promise you are going to LOVE how this whole story plays out 😁
Also I don’t know why the anime doesn’t say this, but the difference between the cursed and blessed loot boxes is that the blessed gives the player something they want, and the cursed gives something they need
Also just finished this video and I absolutely loved your reactions and journey through it. I’m so happy you guys had as much fun as I did my first time through and I can’t wait to check out more of your content in the future!
secondly episode 6 when he is fighting the guys, his acting and screaming was so powerful in the studio he went to the hospital from coughing up blood. Thats some serious dedication to his role
The hunters do have internal power, but the magical weapons they can make from collected essence stones can give them an edge to fight stronger enemies.
You two are great at this. I love how engaged you are in the story.
I think I just found the best reaction channel
Hope so!
I was just thinking to myself how low key psychologically painful it was to keep looking at their folding screen upside down every video, and then like a miracle it flipped right side up between ep 8 and 9! Such relief. Also the reactions are awesome as always. Keep it up!
These supercuts are so unpredictable, and I love it!! ❤️
I real love you guys’ commentary and analysis over this show, it shows a lot about your morals and understandings. As someone who has finished the manhwa and is currently reading the sequel, I’m stoked you got the thematic idea almost correct and even guessed some big parts that’s going to happen (even if they’re like a throwaway comment haha)
The next season is starting next January and it’s going to be even wilder so I hope you guys are ready!
3:52:11 you both have payed so much attention to the themes and everything happening in this anime and as a light novel reader it’s awesome to see, can’t wait for everything to be explained 🥳
anyone else catch Conversating @19:19 but what I really love was the disbelief of the stupidity of that party and it made me realize if you look at it like a horror movie, then the stupidity of the party makes sense.
You guys are so perceptive, I absolutely love your reaction to this series. You guys are one of my favorite readtion channels for sure
Wow, thank you!
Anyway, have a nice weekend!
underated you should have at least 1M subs
i like the fact that u guys already play dnd 🤣
I love how you enlarged the sub so it's easier to read thankyou.
It's incredible that you realised that the Jin-woo that came when he was about to die looked like the statue, im not giving spoilers, but yeah! Incredible!
Some being came to him then and talked to him :P
Wes & Steph: "Sung's been thru more pain and been beaten more than any other protagonist."
*Oh boy, if they ever react to Re:Zero, they will definitely change their minds real quick lmao...*
Not that kind of show
Nope, a translation error. System indeed forced Jin-Woo to kill the "Lizards"
@@pyromite38 No it didn't.
Just so you know, the secret behind the leveling system is revealed way later in the story, so you'll have to read it or wait for a few more seasons to find out.
Tiny spoiler: 3:52:13 You're onto something
ok ngl you actually got a lot of things kinda right after when you were guessing what things could mean damn
Forgot how much I enjoyed your reaction channel! Really enjoyed the video, just binged it all in one night.
Btw, Jinwoo got the murderous intent skill as a reward for the urgent quest when the 6 hunters tried to kill him. It halves all of an opponents abilities when used.
(It’s OP)
He tried to use it on Cerberus but it was resisted cause he was too powerful.
The Santa Claus part always gets a good laugh out of me. "Ho ho ho everyone!"
Joohee, should just sign up at a hospital and treat the injured, that would be a GOOD job for a healer who cannot do dungeons.
I hope they make a film of the manhwa "The Player". There are a lot of cool features, and the main character improves his intelligence stats.
I really love how you guys actually pay attention to the plot and not just understand it but also provide interesting perspectives. Been binge watching a lot of your content over the past week and I've almost run out 😅 Not sure if you take requests but if you do I totally recommend reacting to Overlord! Two videos in the week? I freaking love you guys!
12:40 "So, they're kinda like independent contractors ..."
No, they get a base salary, medical, all that, but they can also collect essence stones that can be sold for a bonus.
13:05 "Okay. So, can they not leave unless they beat it?"
It's explained later, but if a boss isn't defeated within 7 days of the dungeon appearing, a Dungeon Break occurs, letting all the magical beasts out.
oh wow thank you! i knew this was coming when i heard you guys talking about solo leveling in your frieren reaction lololl
They explained the point of training earlier. While you don't get stronger, you need to stay in shape, increase your skill, and maintain sharpness, focus, and battle instinct.
The rankings only determine your physical and magical power. But they don't make you skilled with a sword.
if they dont go in the gastes and kill the dungeon boss in a week the boss can wander outside and wreck havok
Man I’ve been waiting on this to drop time to binge 😎
episode 5 the hting tearing the ants apart was the main character punching or kicking them when they got to close.

1:19:17 "Is he accessing his MP?"
The anime did a bad job of explaining this, but Jin-Woo picked up two skills in the Penalty Quest: [Dash] and [Willpower]. Willpower activates when his HP is below a certain percentage, giving him a 50% damage reduction.
1:20:41 "If he'd put [the ability points] into Intelligence, maybe he would have prepared more before he went into the fight."
In this, INT is only associated with mana - Jin-Woo kept farming the first two floors of the Instance Dungeon until he got no more XP from the monsters. Having no way of knowing what an Instance Dungeon was like before stepping inside, there was no way he could have planned for anything.
11:50 who’s gonna tell him guys?
