Thank you for keeping it classy and just sharing this museum with us without any bias.
Agree
Hi Carpetbagger. Regardless of what anybody thinks of science and religion, it is cool that you took your time to go and show us what is is this museum. I would never be able to see it otherwise. You are awesome and i love your videos :))
Well, you handled that subject very eloquently.
Of course man and dinosaurs coexisted haven't you seen the Flintstones?
The CarpetBagger may be my favorite channel. There's a great mix of urban exploration, Americana and good ole fun. I started creating videos because of this channel. Keep up the awesome work, my whole family enjoys watching your videos, we even let the ads play. If your ever anywhere near the Saint Louis metro area and looking for awesome stuff and abandoned buildings, let me know. I'd either be happy to give you addresses, or escort you myself. I'm going to buy a shirt right now.
Just ordered a shirt for my Daughter's birthday! keep up the awesome work
pulled the trigger and signed up for your patreon too.... keep em coming
Awesome! I appreciate it
I love him, too! I look forward to his uploads weekly, and my favorites are Halloween season videos!
And then the raptors proceeded to consume the girl, as the squirrel escaped just in time to star in yet another Ice Age movie.
Adam's sin brought suffering into the world? I can't believe it. Adam the Woo seems like such a nice guy.
Howard Wiggins nj
😂
😅
🤣😂🤣😂 OMG!! That was AWSOME!!!
Didn’t exist
i was interested until the section where they start bashing video games and the internet and stuff. That was unnecessary. But I did like the raptor!
They bash the Internet.... yet they use it to promote themselves!
They weren't bashing the internet they were bashing pornography and illicit drugs and explicit websites
Myles Mottley Because the Bible is so clean and wholesome by comparison! /s
That Museum was absolutely awesome! The dinosaurs were amazing. Thank you J for taking us there and narrating it so well.
if you like it so much then why don't you let him bag your carpet?
You're really pretty. like in a heroin addict type of way.
@@hugolong9608
Disrespectful and disgusting
Get a grip man
Just like the Smithsonian.
For the insane.
Found a few videos of you faking shit. Please don't do that. You lose all credibility.
Why don't you not make so many negative comments? Jacob does a great job, we love him.
+Francine Scott I love Jacob's content. I'm talking about Dan and some of his fake videos. What negative comments? I complimented you on another post. Now I wanna take it back:(
Hugo, are you confusing Dan with "Exploring with Josh"..? The situations Dan found himself in, are in fact actual things that can happen when you UrbEx a building on the fly. I myself have had some close calls just finding a spot to drink with my friends as a teenager. Also, it is fairly common for dealers/direlict meth houses, to use animal parts/blood/spooky things and "Satanic" (LOL) graffiti to frighten away local crackheads and the like. So, I am not sure what you mean.
you do make me laugh Carpetbagger when you make that dinosaur sound lol, excellent video as usual :-)
Yeah, I don't know what my problem is :)
love the jurrasic park sound effects and shaking of camera, nice touch. thanks for sharing with us
I might add that this place was freaking me out until it got to the adorable ark scenes. Another reason my beliefs in God are vastly different from other people is because as a child, most biblical stories frightened me and gave me bad anxiety. I was not allowed to read a real bible because my family didn't want to scare me and I was also terrified of crucifixes because of a certain traumatic event with one so my grandmother was unable to take me to church as well. I only know Bible stories that can be "kiddie proofed"... So all I know is the story of Adam and Eve, Noah's Ark and Moses... Also, the birth of Jesus, to an extent. That's about it because I couldn't deal with anything darker and as an added note, "The Prince of Egypt" made it a lot easier to take in the Moses story and it is probably the darkest one that I can handle. (But on another added note, "The Prince of Egypt" is, in itself, an amazing movie!)
"This is a bit alarmist" understatement x100
it was beautiful job they did. love to visit this place. not what my believes are. something cool to see what other people believes are.
Very impressive place. Loved the talking and moving wax figures.
All I got to say is WOW!!
Way to not piss anybody off! You navigated that mine-field very well! Keep it up carpetbagger!
I want that raptor by my front porch soooo badly...
It'd keep away the solicitors, wouldn't it?
I'm glad you didn't get into a discussion of beliefs. I, like many, was watching thinking "that's pretty interesting" then it's like "Whoa! They believe what?". Either way, I'm cool with it. It looks like an interesting place.
I've been wanting to go to this museum. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the quick tour and respecting everyone's beliefs. 🌻😃 Looks like an amazing place to go too!
That was interesting. You were very unbiased in that tour, something I respect. I don't think I could have done that as I side with evolution. That said I don't think I'll be visiting this place.
I really want to visit here. We only live a couple of hours away but just haven't gone over to see it yet. Thank you for the tour, Carpetbagger; I really enjoyed it.
its insane the money they spent on this
Yes, it's insane. Point blank period.
Very cool. Thanks Carpetbagger!
That was a good one today. The footage was very crisp and it was a very interesting location.
I'm certainly not a creationist but honestly I'd visit. This museum looks gorgeous and its actually very surprising and nice that they have side by side teachings, so its a lot more reasoned than the stereotype of ignoring science in favor of scripture. Far too many places like this are completely one sided (though anything religion or politics is these days) so one that actually explains the difference between these teachings is a great thing to see.
The problem is they only write what they want and manipulate people to believe their side while ignorant important scientific facts so the science doesn't make as much sence as their side.
I guess that would explain all of the dragon legends, if they were really just dinosaurs with a different nickname
Interesting theory, but there’s no evidence to support it. It doesn’t match up with the fossil record. It’s more likely that humans found fossils and filled in the blanks themselves or simply combined several known animals to create a mythical one. The Greeks did that all the time. Notice how dragons are like a combination of reptiles, bats, and predatory mammals like wolves. Combine that with humanity’s intrinsic fear of fire and you have a monster for the ages.
Awesome place... thanks to take us there. .
Hmmmmm Very Interesting Views At The Museum. But hey its up to the viewer to decide their beliefs ♡ Thank you Jacob for the tour!! Animatronics were awesome and their was figures were high quality. ☆☆☆☆☆
Man I totally want that serpent it would look great in my office/studio.
And Methuselah was awesome.
That little girl sitting by the Raptors is the best!
It would actually be more logical to switch the "God's Word" and "Man's Word" labels. Observing the earth, the stars, the trees is closer to studying God's "word" - his cosmic language, if you will - than basing reality on words written down by men.
i cant believe this place exists.
Definitely good quality detail on the exhibits, the raptors and trex were cool!
Thanks Adam for messing up everything lololol
Eve played her part too!
Eve started it.. Wamanses.. always messin stuff up amirite.
So amazing!!!! Food for thought!!! Thanks Jacob!!!
I'm glad a museum like this exists, it lets people form their own opinion.
Wonderful museum, I would love to bring my daughter there one day to show her my beliefs so she can make an educated decision about her own.
Been there before, it goes from kinda funny to spooky really quick.
another awesome adventure thanks man!!!
That was by far one of your Best Video Blogs. Indeed very High Quality
I love the animatronics! Another great video!
A well made, detached and unbiased walk through of a very impressive exhibition.
The animatronics are all really good! I'm surprised, haha
Wow I can't believe I. Missed this one. GREST! THANKS JACOB!
Would love to go there! Thanks for sharing!
I was kinda surprised to scroll through the comment section and not find atheist outright insulting Christians. Or, the other way around.
In catholic school, I was taught that science and evolution were real and so was god. Dinosaurs never could or would be able to exist at the same time as man and were indeed carnivorous due to the small animal bones found in the areas where the stomach was. Man evolved from an ape and Lucy is the missing link and not some "special" species of ape. Man can tell lies and create laws based on their opinions and the Bible was made by the hand of man. Catholic School also taught me that.
I graduated from catholic school where we were also taught that evolution is fact. Sadly, protestants take great pleasure in being ignorant and teaching their kids to be dumb AF.
Your commentary cracked me up so much! Between the velociraptor hanging out with the girl, and the random penguin, I was dying.
Thank You Carpetbagger
the pokemon gym makes this place even better LOL!!!
13:48 Aww they look like baby parrots. ❤
All of these animatronic dudes have the voice of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog. And yes: awesome raptors.
Very interesting. Great video as always!

OK Carpet Bagger, Nice Vlog, You have me hooked
It is a beautifully decorated museum.
A good explanation between religious and non-religious.
loved this haha. I knew it was a pokestop rofl.
I wish dinosaurs were still roaming around.
They are. As christians.
@@freepadz6241 BOOM!
Birds are dinosaurs.
Wow, such detail in everything it seems!
Where do dragons appear with dinosaurs?
I missed that part.
I like dragons and dinos!
That would have been epic to see them together!
“I’d venture to say...that explains a lot”
I’m *wheezing*
glad I saw this! my kid is supposed to go with a daycare group this summer...not now. wtf?
Good choice 😅
This is a freaky museum. The animatronics, etc. kind of give me the heebee jeebees....shudder, shudder 👀😧
By buying a ticket you agree to pat down searches and being expelled without a refund for any reason they want. Make sure you read the fine print in their rules. 😕
This was very interesting. I really enjoyed this.
every time i go to visit family in kentucky i see tons of billboards for this place, unfortunately nobody ever wants to check it out with me even when i tell them there's zonkeys!
have you tried free weed? just might seal the deal.
Firmament is the dome overhead.
I worked for a company that was hired to design a mount st. Helens replica for this place. I helped sculpt it and it was huge. Apparently this video was filmed prior to the addition. I was curious to how they figured that played a part in thier museum.
At 7:28, you can see the long neck of a dinosaur in the background, entering from the right side of the frame. I think the dino in the foreground right after that is eating a jackfruit. They are larger than a pineapple & not as spikey. (When I see them at Kroger, they only have one out at a time in the produce area b/c they take up so much space & not many people know how to use them.) Jackfruit is a good alternative to meat for vegetarians. You can cook it in barbeque sauce & it has the texture of pulled meat! It's hearty. Not that I've ever bought one raw & used it in cooking; I'm not much of a cook, so I've only eaten it already cooked. I have also bought frozen "crab" cakes made from jackfruit at Trader Joe's & they were quite yummy. They have another frozen jackfruit product, but I tried it & it was way too spicey (hot) for me.
I went there in 2011 - I really liked it...
fkn Adam and his tornadoes, venom and *hits blunt* ...weeds...
This isn't science and not even a true museum of any sort. It's a collection of Ham's really expensive Sunday school dioramas.
Living in a free country means freedom to be stupid.
Tunnelfish whatever
Its saturday school!
its pretty cool how neutral u showed all this information. without any critics. i feel how some theories of evolution give me... lets say some negative vibes. but ill reflect over it, so its all good 😋 thanks for this video.
@@DoctorShocktor ok
That place is Beautiful
'All the animals were vegetarian'...... Oh my, I almost coughed up a testicle laughing. Oh boy, I want all the names and addresses of the sponsors of this place, just so I'm not accidentally supporting the crazy bastards by buying their crap.
**Tips fedora**
Exactly. I'm a vegetarian myself and even I laughed at that!
David Dawson well yah how could the overpopulation of animals
I’ve been to the creation museum like hundred times my grandmother would take me and my sister there
I don't get it, why not just forgive her for eating a forbidden food, there is no need to overreact over trivia matter. Why open a museum promoting a silly ancient story, and present it as if really happened.
@MrPo,,, you can not totally understand GOD or HIS reasons for things,,, HE specifically instructed Adam/Eve to not eat a certain food/or even touch it,,, HE was giving them a TEST to see if they would listen and obey,,,they failed,,, and thus were TOSSED OUT of the Garden of Eden,,, and SIN entered the world as a result,,, violence, weeds amongst crops, pests and bugs, etc
The story about the animals all having been vegetarian is not far off from what Native history says happened. The bible is the only source that is used to claim we were here for 10,000 years, other sources, which are much older, state we were here for millions of years and that ancient structures were built around 10 million years ago. According to Natives, we were caretakers. We took care of all the animals. Some threat came from the sky and we were saved underground by the "ant people". When we came from underground we found that the animals had turned on one another and we had to defend ourselves from many of them while the rest became fearful of us. We used to live alongside wild animals, in harmony with them. Up until around 400 years ago when we started digging up dinosaur fossils and majorly messing up what some of them looked like, we called them dragons, and it was well known that some were still around, alive. The story of the flood, is all over the world. It's really about when the ice caps melted at the end of the last ice age, raising sea levels dramatically and wiping out all coastal cities, towns, and villages around the world as well as many islands and island nations. The creation story is too, so are the stories about dragons and giants. That all had to come from somewhere. I think it's obvious that we all share a common history that was lost to us.
Is this the same Australian dude that built the Arc roadside attraction, you and Woo filmed a fee weeks ago?
Yep
1:55 How can you tell the difference between the Christian and the secular paleontologist?
The placard told me
I m a firm believer of Creation.
I did studies about Creation and Evolution.
And made my discission based on historical and Biological PROOF.
Well this is the first time I have ever heard of anyone else saying that dragons may have been a possibility besides myself... But the one thing I've always been stumped with is how it would be possible for something to breathe fire...? That's the only doubt I have about that. But I love dragons and I would be super happy if it was proven that they were real even once!
God all the raptors just kill me, my god. VELOCIRAPTORS ARE TEENY TINY AND FEATHERED
Hahahaha you are so funny... cause of the animal sound u making 😂😂😂😂😂
The Bible is pretty silent on dinosours, correct me if I am wrong but I find no info on them in bibliecal accounts of creation. Great videos, I love your tours.
@PaulJohnson,,, the BIBLE does not LIST every single species that God created,,, so if ya don't see the word "dino" in Bible, that is the main reason,, but think about this,,, there are several references to Leviathan (a huge sea monster)
That's because bronze age men who invented Judaism did not know that dinosaurs existed millions of years before humans evolved from water organisms.
I love those dinos!
My favorite jumpscare the archaeopteryx jumpscare
16:53
I love all your videos, it's great it's almost like being there, I noticed that eve looks like Kate beckinsail😁
I respect everyone's right to have an opinion on any issue, and I respect your tour of this museum. Even though to me it's obvious that evolution happened without God's persuasion, I'm not going to bash them for thinking the way they do. It's an interesting mix between creationism and evolution, which is odd. Just can't stop thinking that a church could spend 2 million dollars on a building and not helping the community with that money.
I appreciate you showing us these less-conventional museums. I consider myself a Christian, but I also don’t like how some things are handled. Science is indisputable, but the Bible and science can coexist. The Bible itself is FULL of contradictions and it’s up to each person to decide what is and isn’t meant literally.
9:50 i thought Venom was created when spiderman got rid of the alien costume ?
I live about 15 minutes away and never been there.
Looks like a waste of money
That animatronic raptor is pretty awesome.
thermonuclear cat except it's wrong

It's like the Flintstones! :P
Flinstones is a documentary for these people
I want to visit the Creation Museum.
A museum of guesses
