He's athletic (decently strong and fast), he can score, he can head the ball, he has a mean 20- yard shot, he is almost a set-piece master, his passing is superb, his dribbling is out of the charts, he is 22 years old. We could be looking at a Ballon D'Or contender in 3-4 years from now. What a player.

I think James is more talented than Valderrama. Don't get me wrong, Valderrama was highly skilled at ball control, fast thinking, and accurate passing and he deserves a lot of praise as perhaps the best Colombian player ever. However, James also has these qualities, but he's also a faster runner-dribbler, and precise scorer.

But Monaco are actually a very, very successful french team. 7 league titles, more than PSG & Lille. Also you must think of the demographic point of view; Monaco is a wonderful place to live, and this is a great attraction. The players have probably been promised other superstars will join too.
You won't be hearing any criticism if Monaco do well next season. You know how terrible PSG were pre-2011? Mid table club. No one remembers, though. Same with Man City, Malaga etc. It'll keep happening.

You can't really compare the two, since Ibra is a pure goal-scorer. Rodriguez doesn't need power or space. If there is a tiny opening, he will make the pass or score the goal. His awareness of the net is also great. Ibra... is a freak of nature. It must be a nightmare marking him, since he is so powerful and swift. And then there are his crazy backheels and volleys. I don't think James will be that type of player. Looks more like özil or iniesta.
Ibra at 22 had already scored basically 100 goals in his career and was top assit while playing for ajax.

two of the best deals i've seen porto do were cissokho and anderson, both of then only played half a season for porto and were sold by millions. cissokho cost 0.3M and was sold by 15M to lyon, anderson cost between 6-8M and was sold by 31.5M to man united!
We have the best 9 in the world, the top scorer of the Portuguese league, the best mid in the Portuguese league, the AC Milan central defense, one of the best mids in the Calcio, the top scorer of the Belgian league, one of the best goalies of the French league.... etc... you may not think we are 6th... but we are ... and we definitely deserve a spot in the top 10 national teams without argument.
He's already won 8 trophies since moving to porto in 2009; I am sure that they got their due while using him and they continue to make steady profit like this.

Zapata is AC Milan's starting center back... Defense is probably our weakest but we make up for it with top attacking talent. Last match against Brazil we showed that Brazil aren't the only South American team with flair and talented attackers. Score was 1-1. There's also a reason why Colombia are ranked #3 in the world right now. Colombia are producing some wonderful talent now and they may continue to rise with time.

Colombia's gonna have a crazy attack force for the World Cup. Falcao & Jackson up front also got Teo (River Plate) Muriel (Udinese) and Carlos Bacca (Sevilla). On the attacking midfield James And Quintero that would make a killer duo ad on the wings you got Armero (Napoli) Zuñiga (Possible Juventus signing) and if you need to sub someone in there's always Cuadrado (Fiorentina) and Ibarbo (Cagliari) that's a killer attack force if you ask me
