FishTales Little Gator's Creek

After a false start the first of January the annual whitebass run is heating up. I kayaked the whole lower end of this creek looking for crappie and whitebass but caught only one tiny crappie early morning. My fish finder lit up all the way down and back up showing fish in nearly every structure but nothing would take my jig. I was about to head home when I decided to make the extra effort and see how far I could go upstream. Glad I did!
