I'd like to see a more detailed video on the loading and mapping of user samples. I hope IK has done a better job at this than Arturia.
I thought Arturia's was good...have you tried the GForce M-Tron Pro?
@@zachhaywood1564 No, I haven't. It doesn't load samples like Mellotron V and SampleTron 2. And I already have the original M-Tron with additional tapes, so with these three combined I have enough Mellotron tapes. I'm more interested in making samples sound like Mellotron tapes.

Hello IKMULTIMEDIA, I think you have about everything in software/plugin one needs. If something is missing, it's a plugin that works like soothe, gulfoss or smooth operator. I think working on the plugins you already created and the presets that come with them are the way to go now.
now just need to add emu sp1200 and asr 10 to the sampler bank

Just bought it. Standalone works but the sampletank update crashes. I have windows 7. Its a me problem. Just reinstalled the previous version. The gui works but no sound in the sampletron bank. Small issue. The standalone works

@@ikmultimedia oh yeah they answered promptly and it was an install error. i reinstalled and it worked fine. i love everything about ik multimedia from the customer service to the product!!!! and sampletron is amazing... my favorite mellotron emulation to date!!
There is not the most important preset (in my opinion): Watcher of the Sky by Genesis....

I dont think it will do mpe, but if it did and we could play this in other temperaments that would be really amazing to play.

@@mello6468 did u get it? I was gonna demo but it’s samples so no demo, but maybe soon. I have Arthurian one and like it but ik tape stuff is great now soooo, would be cool if they sold a light version. I only want the basic sounds personally. I’m just cause of storage.

There's no way this comes with total studio max 3. But we did get a free distressor so I'll just have to buy this lol
