There is one more in the Ashland before you defeat the stygian. After climbing the rope after dispersing the three ceiling demons that grab you, once you drop back onto the highway turn around and use your tremor gauntlets to destroy the blue Crystal's, then there should be another one not found in this video

you can change their position by jumping on them.... once they get back to position... try to make your way up I'm glad these videos helped :) thank you for watching :)
MiKeYROG no mate you got me wrong there ^^ im talking about the platform right after you open the door, the one that takes you to this stage. this one is missing, once fell through the damn thing and now it seems bugged and doesn't come down anymore :S anyway, just started a new game on apocalyptic difficulty :D
Do you have to collect every single one on the first play through or by finishing it and going to Vulgrum to teleport to areas you visited early in the game?
You don't need to collect them as you progress, before facing the final boss you can always use those serpent holes to travel to previously visited places and collect the remaining artifacts or other collectibles. :)
+MiKeYROG perhaps i am asking the same he is but, do i have to give vulg ALL of the 27 artifacts to get the two lifestone? i can get them of course, but it's sooooo long. PD: i have earned all 14 lifestone shards, only these 2 left
I started a new game this is the worst experience in this game to get all the collectibles. In every other game its okay but here...I want to smash somthing

Did a little googling turned out that you can go back to The Black Throne using that portal samael opens for you

masoneffect yes you have to give vulgrim all the artifacts and he will give you 2 lifestone shards and 2 wrath shards, you're welcome ;)

If you unlocked the serpent hole, then yes. Just come back to the main gate of the castle, and you'll find Vulgrim. Teleport to the choking grounds.

No, only life shards counts towards the trophy.
