Every car or truck should have subwoofer console. I have a 95 jaguar. The gas tank is behind the back seat with a solid wall. I had to use a modified bazooka to go inside of car to get the bass I needed. Doing stuff like this will prevent all that noise coming from the trunk of the car. People be having 15s or multiple subs trying to hit. When the only thing you need is one subwoofer console 😄😄😄
You can put the escalade dash board on it too would really bring the steering wheel and dash bezel together with the wood grain did it to my truck got the dash board the steering wheel and the dash bezel. The best part is it's a direct swap too bad ass truck too bro.
Boy, that amp is old school, but I bet it kicks! I'm going to build a box downfiring 2 Kicker Comp VR 10's. I also want a locking console top, as it is a work truck. It'd be convenient when I have cash on me, and I can lock up my pistol. I just want simple and functional!
Sweet looking box but does it compare to the output of my ported 10W6v2 center console box pushed by a JL 500/1. I have built many boxes with two 10W3V3's and two 10W6V2's and to my amazement, the highest output box was the center console box with one JL 10W6V2. It had so much bass it would run people out of the truck because they could not handle it. Honestly it was dangerously loud on SPL level and the SQ was there as well. It would damage your hearing if you were not careful and that was in a 2006 Chevy Silverado Z-71 crew cab 6 inch lift dual exhaust with two separate Flowmaster 40 series cold air intake the works. A NIce truck just got tired of changing the ball joints so I sold it and got a new 2012 Silverado Texas Edition extended cab black. About to do my new install when I get time with a set of Boston Acoustic Pro 60's in my Q-Form kick panels powered by a JL 300/2 and then Jl C-2 650's components in the front doors and tweets on the panel by the dash where the factory ones are then JL C2-650X Coaxials powered by a JL 300/4 then I will build my second ported center console bolted into the frame using the existing hardware after pulling the factory 40/20/40 center console being an LT model Chevy. NOt sure what I am going to use the existing electrical in the bottom storage you know the cigarette lighter plug. I may do some led lighting and throw in a couple of charging ports not sure yet. What do you think on the lighting and either USB or lighter plugs? Beauitiful Build in your truck but how low is the frequency and how good is the SQ. I have seen a fancy Car Toys build with a lighted-up emblem on top and it was a fiberglass build that sounded like crap. It sounded like a cheap old school pioneer 10 inch woofer in a home tower speaker with no real low frequencies. I like to tune my boxes as close to 30 hz as I can!

I used 2 40s from the 40/60 seats & the bracket just a simple L shape style to support the seat

03-06 & yes you need 2 bench seats that are 60/40 sectioned and use the 2 small section to make them fit
