- Hand strength is super important for countless activities, including manipulating small objects and clothing fasteners, playing games, climbing playground equipment, holding a pencil, and grasping feeding utensils. When our little ones don't have hand strength, they often struggle with these kinds of activities. These 16 exercises are fun and will get your youngster's hands strong.

Hey there! Thanks for your question. I'd say doing hand strengthening activities a few times a week is ideal! Pick some of the activities that your child has fun with and stick to those :)
