The lucky charms hasn’t been working in a while. Great explanation of the program. I’ve been platinum and will be platinum again shortly.
Hi Dawn. Mine still shows the water bottle as platinum welcome gift and the candle duo as a platinum birthday gift. In the UK, the water bottle is a gold gift. Their website has been horrible this whole year. I also can’t get any new lucky charms and you have to call customer service for a lot of your gifts now 🤦🏾♀️ It’s not creating a great experience.

Technically no. The gifts are supposed to automatically get added to your cart. But since it isn’t working right now, you can call customer service to get a fix which recently has been a promo code.
As of right now you have to make a purchase to get it until they fix the website. Make sure it shows up in your cart before you complete your order if not call CS.

I would recommend calling their number. I emailed and never heard anything. They’ll generate a promo code for you on the phone and email it when they hang up.

The Loyalty Program is a mess. I had 3 Platinum gifts waiting for me for a few months and I called to ask what's happening and they gave me a code but I'm required to purchase something to get my "free" gift.
Awww that sucks 😞 Their website has been acting up since they started having a huge demand due to their loyalty program. You have to make a purchase to get the loyalty gifts when you add to cart regularly anyways. I have tried to redeem just my gifts and it never lets me checkout. 🤦🏾♀️ For a huge company, they need to do better and fix the website ASAP. The last 4-6 weeks have even been worse.

@@fifiscorner I called them and they said they are out of stock for the gifts so they gave me 50 lucky charms which annoyed me because I have been playing and never won anything! These lucky charms are like a lottery; you have 1/10000 chance to win something so I wasn’t interested in that! They never even gave me any miniatures with my purchases. I get it that they don’t have to do it and it’s a nice gesture but if you are going to do it, make sure that everyone gets it not some because otherwise it’s unfair☹️
So here it is end of October 2022 & the Loyalty points game is STILL broken 😖 Some people say they can play, but not for me. I tried enabling cookies, blocking cookies… NOTHING works 🫤 Never got my birthday gift this year & I’ve never gotten a holiday gift. Be curious to see if that happens this year. 😐

At least 2 purchases (it could be more than 2 but not less) and then a minimum order of $150 in total.
